From what I’ve seen this season he’s the best CM at the club. If MF was relieved of his duties and Chicho took charge on Tuesday I’d put money on Camara starting. His exclusion is bizarre. the game where Chicho took caretaker charge was his full debut as well. Was a big surprise at the time but he took to it like a seasoned pro

It's a team picked on who the coach gets on with, not what's best for the team. There are 3 left backs in the club. We also gave Turton minutes there for the B team in midweek, yet we end up shoehorning a right back in who hasn't played there at all since joining.

A decision which gifted them their goal and but for an unbelievable miss would have gifted all three points.

It’s very strange to see Etienne not getting picked. Don’t think he’s been picked since he changed Agents? ![???](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/huh.png) ?

I connected it with being since we triggered his contract extension. Feels like we've tied him down and now frozen him out. He should be starting as he gives us more composure in possession - and goodness knows we needed that in the middle yesterday, particularly in the first half - and his left foot offers positional balance which three right-footed central midfielders don't offer. Then again, it's one of our tactical decisions. I've given up trying to make sense of them!

For me I would start Camara and Diarra. Hogg is a liability at the moment,he either gives the ball away or slows the play down! Diarra nearly won the game for us yesterday. He goes straight through the defence. He needs to learn when to release the ball I know. But we can't score goals unless we attack.

There must be a problem with Camara. Perhaps he thinks he can do better. Perhaps his agent is getting into his ear. Although the "£10 million to Leicester" story was rubbishy tittle-tattle... someone is bulling him up big time. I'd imagine the club wants to tie him down to a long term contract, but if the guy is not willing, then we move on.

He might go straight through the defence, but unfortunately the opposition go straight though him too. I've seen absolutely nothing from Diarra to suggest he can do a defensive job in midfield. Attacking, fine. Camara and Kasumu are your midfield pair. Complement each other very well.

Where’s he been for last few months? Does Warnock just not fancy him?

Bit weird that he’s just completely disappeared from the scene though. No one talks about him, no one asks about him. Really odd. Same with Pat Jones who looked really promising at the start of the season. I know he’s been injured but not sure if he is now? Guess it’s all about the players currently involved but does seem a bit curious.

Think Jones's injury was a recurring issue so imagine they've just been really careful at how quickly they bring him back. He looks a really promising player though IMO.
Not sure what to make of camara. Clearly Warnock doesnt think hes ready yet. Might be ability, might be character that isnt impressing him . Could be both. Theres a player there though. Think his biggest failing is he often seems well behind the pace of the game, which is maybe that transition between B team and 1st team that hes finding tough.

It's one of the things that bodes well for the future, the youngsters breaking through, Jones, Jackson, Diarra, Camara and Headley, also Harratt, who I would like to see more involved, goalscoring is always a big plus to a team. Diarra needs to work on his touch,it's dire at times. Headley is the one that's impressed me most this season, the lad is like a tank, solid, good touch, powerful and can defend.

The big failing for some of these lads is not getting them out on loan to play games. Rudoni had played 100 games for Wimbledon before he came here.

Camara needs a good Lg1 loan where he will play most games.
Technically fantastic.
Personally, he needs to bulk a little and also be more relaxed on the ball. Always seemed to turn and pass backwards as quick as possible.
Huge talent though.

Perhaps some people can acknowledge that actually we've got some recruitment very right recently. Really good prospects, young, early and cheap

Wouldn’t let Chrichlow go on Loan in the January after that match he played and got MOM but never played again. Scott High could have gone on loan to a club in Liga Portugal where they were wanting him as a starter, Bromby says no and sends him to Rotherham Camara could have gone out last season in Jan and this summer. Bromby said no

Camara was looking great earlier in the season, but not suitable for the style of play Warnock is playing.
He’s a playmaker you’d want sitting in front of the defence when you’re trying to dictate play. But he’s not got the physical side yet for the championship, which is what Warnock wants. Someone to run, harry, get stuck in and let us break quickly.
Hoping it’s just a case of him not being the right style for now, but a new manager and a good pre-season and he can be a good option for us next year.

Hopefully next season we will still be in the Championship and be able to play a style that suits Camara's game. I have big hopes for him.

Bromby said no Any idea why this would happen? Seems to be self defeating and stupid behaviour on Bromby's part. Could be LOTS of very reasonable reasons. Crichlow - if he played and was MOM, he'd probably expect the manager to play him more, so why would he search out a loan move for him...thats on the manager (Carlos?). High - maybe we wanted him to go to a club where he'd get experience of this division and we'd find out if he's currently good enough (he isn't) - likely to set him up better for the future than playing in a less competitive Portuguese league where its harder to keep track of his development. Camara - again - we don't know what/where the loan last January might have been - keeping a close eye on him in the B team might be the best for him personally, especially if there are hints about him needing real close handling to keep driven - and then WHY would we send him out this summer - he's clearly one of the most talented footballers at the club in terms of technical ability - likely would have played a lot more if things hadn't panned out the way they have.

Chrichlow got MOM in a match in September, between then and January he played a further 18 minutes and often wasn’t in the squad. Hence asking to go on loan in January and told no by Bromby Camarra, Bromby felt it better to play non competitive B team games and train with the first team than go to a League 2 club and play…… High, you have a point. But the team in Portugal wanted him as a starter. They even tried to buy him initially. Not really any teams in the championship were prepared to take him on loan as a starter. Bromby was of the opinion that it’d be better for him to go to a championship squad as a squad player than start matches for the team in Portugal. Having said all of that, they have got some right Headley, Jackson and Diarra have all benefited from their loans and Ayina is doing really well at Dundee.

Camara being out on loan this season for example would have left us well short!

Fabrizio Romarno tweeting saying he is refusing to sign a new deal Has potential, but clearly deemed not good enough by NW. Get some cash for him with a good sell on and move on. We don't need players not wanting to be here. He should be thankful he got given a chance.
