Literally came on to say the same! š At least York see heās out of his depth and moved quickly. Jeez, never knew he'd actually got another job in football after us. The guy was a complete fabrication !! There were more sightings of Lord Lucan than David Webb at Canalside. Of all the weird and wonderful people to have passed through our club in the last five years or so, Webb and Fotheringham are the two that had me wondering more or less from day one what on Earth they must have said at interview. |

Can't see Bromby going. MF is absolutely urgent if we want to stay in the division, and surely the ownership would see the expense as a sensible one. Bromby will be rightly disposed of when the new owners come in, but surely we can get by with him sticking around for a while longer without going through the hassle? Hi Lee  believe me, I'm no fan of his! |

Like the guy or loathe him I went last night and have just watched the highlights. Not winning last night had nothing to do with tactics, substitutions etc which I thought was ok. It was pathetic defending from the half way line for the second goal. How many opportunities did we have the chance to simply put it out of play for a throw in. At least 3/4. As for Lowton he has now been involved in 3 horrendous pieces of defending that have cost us big time.

Odd that they've not even given the usual ''the club would like to thank both for their efforts'' at the bottom of the statement.
Wonder if it was to do with him calling them (LB, DH) out on not doing interviews and if a bust-up has ensued today in the meeting.
Maybe Hogg wrestled him to the table and pinned him down for 10 seconds forcing a sacking!

Well done DH and DB this was a big financial decision and has cost a lot to make it happen, now we have a better chance of survival and take over happening.
LB will be next out of the door just wondering if it will be in next few hours or at the end of the season, one thing that is for sure is that DB will be looking at replacements this time.
lets get 3 points at Wigan and we can all be a lot more positive, so happy we dont need to hear another of his interviews ever again.
