Will need an early goal to get any atmosphere going tonight. But with it being Preston it will no doubt be a poor 0-0. Albeit, i'll still be going after having a few jars. UTT Lets hope it is a better performance than the cup game. 3-0 down at half time. Surely the only way is up? |

If we were miles adrift with half the season to go, rather than our current position - ie if we win tonight we're out of the relgation spots. When will all the doom mongers give things a chance to settle before bed wetting? my comments are based on facts,yours are based on hope Jury's still out for me. PS: There are 24 teams in the Championship fighting to avoid relegation at the moment. Not one team has anywhere near enough points to be safe yet. How's that for a fact 😉 |

Team for tonight after successfully prediction the starting 11 for the first time ever I hope to continue my streak tonight..
Nicholls - Improving (Another who showed our pre-season was a disaster)
Lees - not covered himself in glory this season must do better.
Helik - Starting to look like he is getting up to match fitness,
Boyle/Turton/Mbate/yuta - pick one of four. I have an awful feeling he is going to go with Boyle..
Jackson - Kasuma - No idea we are so light in midfield - Thomas (really starting to look good again)
Holmes
Ward - Rhodes.
I also have a feeling that he start Ondu in place of ward...

If it was 10 games at the same frequency I would probably agree.I think his performances have been fairly consistent so wouldn’t need resting just yet. |

I'm concerned that someone (even jokingly) suggested Mbete for tonight. He hasn't even made the match day squad in the (admittedly only 2) games since Luton (thankfully)

When he plays quick he is great. But the first half against Hull and the second half against Rotherham he was slow on the ball. Just a young player thing he is still learning in one of the hardest leagues no reflection on his ability at all. Problem is we have no one else to play in that position. Russell has clearly been bombed out. |
