Yeah, look sharp was what my dad, granddad and uncles used to say meaning get out of the way, hurry up or look out! No connection with Huddersfield Town, but I remember a lad called Graeme Sharp who played for Dumbarton and went from Boghead to Everton and was very successful with The Toffee Men indeed... He seemed to score a lot and also played for Scotland in the good old days when we regularly qualified for World Cup finals (if only these days 😥) - Not sure of his whereabouts or circumstances these days but as an ex Dumbarton player I hope he’s fine and well and he’s probably in years into his sixty’s now ! From his wiki page, Westie Sharp now works for the local press in Liverpool and radio for Radio City in the north-west of England and is one of the Everton Club Ambassadors alongside Ian Snodin and Graham Stuart. In January 2022, he was appointed as one of the club's directors. That winning goal at Anfield 🥰 |

Not seen anything about this on town site I’d wait till it’s announced if true !! I'd say around 65% of any town related news in confirmed on here before the club announces it lately. Bob seems credible & Maynard liked his comment so you can wait for the club to tell you but he's definitely gone. |

Ok - I know, I know that it’s The Highland League to The Championship and Huddersfield Town but Duncan Shearer went down that line and all that... Miller certainly knew the route to goal and I hope he passes his tips on to our strikers - and passes these tips on pretty bloody quickly !!! |

I didn't bother posting on here as I'm sure the usual lot would have jumped down my throat but whenever the coaching staff celebrated a goal it always seemed like he was a bit reluctant to join in. A bit of an outsider

i'm not against this, he obviously knows Fotheringham and vice versa which can only be a good thing, they'll probably see eye to eye on things, I'd guess Fotheringham and Harsley didn't and that would only end one way, I'd guess it was nothing personal, its just the industry.
I'd say it maybe gives the coaching staff more balance, Fotheringham as head coach has to cover a lot of bases, Clement and Bower cover the goalkeeping and fitness side, I believe Narcis is a more defence orientated and set piece driven coach, Miller being an ex striker probably has something to offer in the final third in way of coaching, helping with things like movement on and off the ball, something we've been lacking, it wouldn't surprise me if he's come in with the sole aim of working with the forward players and that to me can only be a good thing.
We scored a lot of goals last time we did something like this, bringing Andy Cole in under Lee Clark for a spell to work with Rhodes et al

A bit of an outsider I noticed that as well. He always looked unenthusiastic and unhappy I think this is a good move by Town. MF is getting someone he knows and by the sounds of it has a similar ethos. |

I wonder if The HTAFC hospitality and commercial department will take advantage of Kenny’s appointment and flood the concorse pubs and those also in hospitality like The White Rose Club with, well - MILLER - 🍺🍺 Could well be a big financial winner especially if ‘Miller time’ proves to be successful ! |
