Hello! I am currently in the process of gathering data for my final Masters level research project. This project is centred around English football spectator behaviour. More specifically, the development of legislation used to control spectator behaviour and the social implications such authoritative measures have facilitated. As such, the analysis of the study will focus on the socio-legal environment created within English football over time, and the affect this has had on the spectator experience. My data collection method for this research is a short online survey that looks to collate the thoughts, opinions and experiences of English football spectators. The only conditions for this survey are that you are over-18 and an English national/resident. Any correspondence with this survey would be hugely appreciated and will provide invaluable when forming my final analysis. I have attached the link to the survey down below: shusls.eu.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_bkeRzWlnV5ALl8aCompletion of the survey should take between 5-15 minutes, dependent on answer length. If you have any further questions regarding the study, or would like to view the finalised research once it is completed, please do not hesitate to email me at b6027503@my.shu.ac.uk. Thankyou! Jordan (Sheffield Hallam University)

Completed, good luck.
Some of the questions are quite broad-reaching though, but you giving the option to make longer comments helped.

Exactly what I thought reading some of the questions. Certainly one of the better surveys that have appeared on here.

Done. Interesting survey and actually made me think about my answers, which many surveys don't.

These crop up on datm from time to time but as we are often told don’t click on unknown links online. My question is do datm verify this sort of thing as it’s potential for scams.

If you look at the responses, you can see that some people took part and enjoyed doing so. I for one never partake in these things. Do I feel we need to just delete these - I am not sure, its each persons responsibility to decide. Your browser should detect malware ( well mine does.)

Scammers are well ahead of the game, the big hitters like apple are constantly needing updates to keep up with them.

I am with you on this,I never click on links unless I know the person posting personally.{If its a scam,I can then go round their house with a baseball bat }

Not sure the reason for a scam, but the email address doesn't look legit. I work with SHU in my job and the email endings doesn't have "MY" in any of my contacts there.
