Neil Warnock has earned the right, here and at other clubs, to say something like that I can take that from him and know what he means. But has he ever managed in Germany?  Did Fotheringham manage in Germany? He never mentioned that. |

Would deffo offer him that 1 or 2 day role he is after at the end of the season! He obviously loves football and football management. He also seems pretty happy with retirement. If we get his full commitment, which I’m sure we will, for the next 15 games then he will go down as a great for me. He didn’t need to do this. I’m sure he doesn’t need the money or the grief, but he is going to try and dig us out of the crap. Whatever happens it’s a big thanks from me. |

Said in his press conference: "I've seen the players as a priority. I said to them I was sorry I couldn't be with them last night but I was at a jazz club in New York and it was a better evening." 😆 I fuckin' hate jazz, but I would have rather been there too. So does Johnny. Buggar me I thought he said he had been to a jizz club. |

Fantastic press, made me laugh, talked sense, brutal honesty.

Whatever happens now I think if we go down it will be fighting and trying to score goals which is what they seem to have forgotten that's how you win matches under Fozzy. Under Warnock I think we will be on the front foot and getting more balls in the box and getting more players in the box,if we have the players to defend at the other end could be still a problem. Good luck Neil think you might need it but at least we have some hope now

Good interview. Instantly lightened the mood. Seen exactly what the fans have seen for not just this year but years.... no attacking intent, no support to the strikers etc.
Interesting, he likes couple that haven't had much game time? Hudlin and Simpson to start up front. REG? Some of the other kids.
We couldn't and can't carry on like we have been, even under Carlos it was joke football... OK I'm not expecting PEP or Jurgan ball, but some attacking intent will do.... some fucking shots will do.
Can't wait for Saturday and Burnley.. we could just win them both. Ive played under old folk before and you never question your grandad. Whatever age you are. FACT.

We've been negative since and including Wagner It's been dreadful for years.... only we have had some sucess. So we have accepted that. Ever since the club adopted a playing style that was shit, I.e 4231 generally the football has been effective but garbage. Jan seiwert had us playing the best football in his first few games as gaffer as a 433... but we neither had the players or he the ability to carry it off. He wanted to play like Liverpool with RVLP, Diakhaby and Mbenza. Just hope Colin can find a few gems that fit what he wants to do. We have the players they are just weighed down by our rigid German football. |

Anybody got a full recording of the prezzer? Great interview was that by Neil Warnock - calm, rational, confident without being cocky, witty, humorous, intelligent and charismatic to name but a few ! He is is such a natural and also some decent questions by the assembled media as well... He’s realistic enough to know it’s gonna be tough but so very prepared to give it his best shot - and while interviews don’t win football matches if they did we’d soon shoot up the championship table for sure - and I’m a lot happier after watching that than I was this time last night for certain - He clearly has an affection for Huddersfield Town and I enjoyed the bit about the transitions from dearest old Leeds Road across the River Colne to The McAlpine Stadium - so here’s a wee reminder pic of the times for Neil and all the good folks of DATM as well ! 👍 Attachment Deleted Attachment Deleted |

Brilliant press conference that, loved the bit about Boothy and his mum  Whilst that’s certainly lifted spirits, I can’t quite find myself getting enough optimism that we’ll stay up though, as the players are so poor. |
