Don’t want to jinx another match thread, so have just kept the options simple…

If Norwich come and actually go for it then it could be another 4 goals conceded quite easily.

When Wagner left, they played the message at half time that said he’d see us again. I know he’s been back since but kind of hoped it wouldn't be with another championship team aiming for the play offs and likely to stick 4 past us.

Going on the basis that we will need 45 points to survive, that's 4 wins and a draw, probably way too big a task unfortunately, even the most optimistic supporters seem have given up now.

Think the options should have been.
Lose - I'm staying at home
Lose - I'm going to the match
Lose - I'll be at work.

I predict we'll get a pasting again, fail to score, and reach 5 games without a goal. Two more to equal the record, three to surpass it, set in season 71-72.

Given we've failed to score in 6 of our last 7 games, and we've rarely looked like scoring in said games, chances are it'll either be a 1-0 win for Norwich (as they know they only need 1 goal to win), or they'll smash us 5-0.
I'll be there regardless (against my better judgement)

I thing Wagner will go easy on us, and pull the reigns at 5 - 0

Yes we’re shite, but strangely enough there are 4 other teams that are just as shite, or marginally better.
How we get any sort of win is beyond me, but I’ll be there on Wed hoping they might work it out for themselves.

If Warnock’s still in charge then I cannot see anything other than a loss. I’ve seen every game since he came back and other than Birmingham he is totally disinterested. I’m going for another 0. 4 free hit as he calls it

A win here coupled with results elsewhere and we are right back in it. However if the admin rumour is true then why bother trying accumulate points?

Did you not go to West Brom today? Warnock showed no passion, decided to accept a defeat. Fothingham split opinions but at least he had passion - Warnock shows no passion at all. Why have Simpson on the bench, play Koroma out of position 2 games running. If he is still in charge on Wednesday then I think that’s a far worse decision than either Fotheringham of Schofield. He’s here to put a few extra quid in his pension pot. Full stop.

We’re fucked and people have given up caring. Likely a 3-0 defeat I’d wager.

Think I'll give this one a swerve, seeing a Wagner team not let us have the ball for 90 minutes isn't my idea of fun. Strange how the fixtures have played out, like the ghost of managers past at the moment rubbing our noses in it as we slide back down the leagues. Reading on the last day who despite us beating them in the final and all their issues since, seem to be in better shape and will likely remain playing championship football.

We still need a 3 game swing (win two, draw one, Cardiff lose three) now with only 10 games left. Relegation is inevitable, I think that’s why a lot of fans are beyond caring what the results are anymore, the season just needs to end. It doesn’t have the feel of a relegation scrap as we aren’t fighters, we are playing as if we are already down. I just pray we have new ownership at the start of next season. That will most likely define how our next 2-5 years pan out.

It’s a strange one for me. Apart from it being one game less, the only thing that changed yesterday was our GD gained +1 on a couple of our rivals.
I appreciate it’s the manner of our play that defeats the hope, but who knows eh.
Our record vs the teams in and around is obviously crap as well, a large part of where we are.
Maybe Wed will see something different? Maybe we’ll try a different corner routine like Rotherham? Appreciating we have to win them in the first place.
Please don’t be a predictable one dimensional side Town, try and do something different, the supporters deserve a little more than has been served up this season.
At this stage I’d say this is still in our hands, but not by much.
UTT!!!

Like others have said, there’s no fight, no belief, we offer zero goal threat so it hasn’t really got the feel of a relegation scrap, it’s like the second season in the PL just waiting for the inevitable!
Warnocks attitude is appalling, and team selections bizarre! I couldn’t stand Fotheringham and I’m not saying he’d have kept us up but I find it hard to believe that such an experienced manager has made us worse! I genuinely can’t see us winning again this season. A complete reset and start again needed, and that’s everyone, all the coaches, all the medical team , most of the players and especially those in the boardroom. A sad situation I thought I’d never see again after Schindler scored that penalty!

Especially after the brum performance. I don’t care how shit the squad is and how low on confidence they are, an experienced coach should be able to get a tune out of them. I keep clinging to the hope that it will come in time but not seeing a single shred of evidence to suggest it will.

To stay in this division we have to keep ahead of Blackpool and Wigan and aim to beat Cardiff,s points total. I would say that is going to be difficult....They say nothing is impossible,I say try swimming under water with no diving gear for an hour!!

If we go into admin before Norwich, it's the perfect match for a protest. Do a Blackpool and invade the pitch, demo after the game, t shirt throwing, whatever.
Our lack of ambition relative to Norwich means they employ one of our greatest ever managers, and the director of football that brought him here.

Although they don't currently tly occupy and automatic promotion place or a play off one for that matter and are currently losing at home to a very average Sunderland side.

The Reading game on the last day of the season will be a tough watch. Who would have thought that within 6 years of that great day we would be where we are now? It's heartbreaking and, sad fucker that I am, brings a tear to my eye as I type this.
