To move this back on topic away from us sad, older people relieving our musical 'youth', what is taking so long for this to be confirmed? Does anyone know?? Pretty sure we're still in the normal timeframe. IIRC we're now still only 1 day longer than Chelsea's takeover (so far). |

And the Chelsea takeover was accelerated hugely by Abramovic, so we aren't really behind schedule. As long as decisions are being made by the new ownership it isn't an issue. |

The Unexamined yesterday said it was still down the the FCA clearance. Although I’m pretty sure some of the insider knowledge gang on here stated that had been approved so who knows, you’d like to think the Examiner lot knew for definite? |

“We are fine. That’s not an issue. We do have to follow relatively strict financial protocols the first year but we will have plans to take the Club to higher levels but they won’t happen overnight. As I wrote earlier, we need to be focused, plan, and get the leadership in place. You are seeing that unfold.“
