What a game! What a day! That is what a good manager can do when given a bit of time with the players. No way we win that match under MF. Everyone played well but special mentions: Helik - immense Ruffels - getting better every week Ward - led the line superbly Koroma - unplayable. What a player when given confidence - MoM Took my wee boy to his 4th match today…all this season and incredibly he has seen 3 wins and a draw! I feel it is my duty to get him a season ticket next season! To make it even sweeter…Boro fan sat next to me in the home end…he was soooo cocky first half, so made sure I celebrated all 4 goals that little bit louder before he left with 20mins to go! Cheerio, Cheerio… UTT Ruffels only scores worldies! He's been quietly solid the last few matches as well, one of the first names on the team sheet now

Trying not to get too giddy after that fantastic second half. Just looked at the form table-we sit14th which is not at all bad. Do you recall all those really tough fixtures we have been told that we have coming up.Five of our remaining games are against teams below us in that table. Only the blades and Rovers are above us on form 🤞 Exactly.. like matty Pearson said in his post match interview. No need to fear who we play next big results recently we can do it 🔵⚪️🍻🍻🍻👏🏻🇺🇸

The wankers in the exec boxes behind the goal giving it large. Lmfho I remember Leeds fans having those boxes too the year Hefele won it in the last minute. Some celebration when that went in (from us).👏 Oh yeah, remember that well 😂 Even better was the gobby female Leeds fan outside the FM Stand after, mouthing off only to be met with a perfectly thrown traffic cone upside the chops 😂😂😂

Apologies if I missed this earlier in the thread but this was a tactical masterclass by Warnock defensively! REG manmarking Akpo and Pearson doing the same job on Ramsey. This was backed-up by an energetic performance from everyone on the field especially veterans Hogg and Ward. #utt Took me about an hour to work out what we were doing. If Fozza had picked that formation he’d of got absolutely slated 😂

He said after the game he is starting to enjoy that side of the game and he contributes a lot, for the full 90 minutes. They got their goal because a few of our defenders seemed to slip over when trying to stop their charge but other than that they were so solid. I loved Simpson going full MMA at the corner flag near the end.

This one is a defeat. Not an iota of doubt about that. They are the second best team in this league (would be above Blades if Carrick had been there longer) with pacy attackers who score at will. They do have vulnerabilities defensively but we aren’t the sort of team to exploit that. I’m just hoping our goal difference doesn’t take too much of a battering. We need 4 more wins - unlikely but possible in some of the other fixtures. 10% chance of staying up which won’t change after defeat on Saturday. Just as I predicted. “They do have vulnerabilities defensively which we will take full advantage of”😂😂🤣🤣

Did you see the old guy absolutely lose his rag and he to be dragged back by his daughter/grandaughter? Haha! He was next to the lad you were on about. Yep, all that stuff was absolute gold dust after the way they acted 😂 Like you said, at 1-0 they were really taking the piss and it was just too soon to be acting like that. That lad in black was part of their fan group, Red Faction. I don’t think I’ve ever witnessed some of things I saw today at football. 18 year old lads with Michael Jackson gloves on with balaclavas giving it large, throat slitting gestures and offering out fights to anyone who caught their eye then nearly brought to tears when the third and fourth went in. I expected a lot more vocals from their fans today, a lot of hot air really. Take that segregation line away and 99% of them wouldn’t behave like they do. They’ll wake up tomorrow with sore eyes, brush their tooth and be off to their Sunday job collecting baskets in Asda acting like nothing happened today. Put them in that environment and all of a sudden they think they are Carlton Leach.

Bit harsh to execute the players after such a great second half.

Don't think I even celebrated the Luton playoff goals like I did that third. Helped having their fans crying 50 yards away. The wankers in the exec boxes behind the goal giving it large. Lmfho We weren’t all Boro fans in the boxes. But they certainly did have 3 or 4 boxes. We certainly shut them up though. Did tell them that Tommy Smith helped his old team out a bit.

For a young lad in his first season at this level, played in multiple positions and often in a pure central midfield role, I think he can be very proud. Yes absolutely he needs to find a way to.add those league one goals in the championship but I watched him closely today and he was really switched on to his role

Second half performance today was sensational. Nobody saw that coming.
Middlesbrough looked as good as owt I've seen this season too. Their passing, close control was extremely good but defensively let em sens down.
A game that will live long in the memory. Been a crap season but that was brilliant today.

Middlesbrough were excellent, I thought, but they over complicated things in and around our box. They'll go into the play offs as the team to beat IMO.

Their movement is as good as anything outside the prem I've seen. They just seemed to want one too many clever passes right at the end. Howdon had about 5 chances....20 yards out abs central and refused a shot. They will be my favourites for the play offs

Ruffles. Did exactly what NW asked him to do. Defend, clear the ball anywhere if you have to. Get forward if you can. You never know what might happen.

Ran through their defence like a marauding silverback gorilla and then buried it. I reckon there's no one else in the entire squad who I'd want to be bearing down on goal like that 😁

I hope Middlesbrough go up through the play offs. The pain they would suffer if they did would be hilarious.

Thoughts and prayers with one particular Boro fan, the black lad right in the bottom corner of their end, nearest the Town fans in the Riverside. What an absolute bell end he was 😂😂😂 That Black kid was gobbing it off big time up Leeds Road after the game, they have some right knob head fans and half of them couldn't punch their way out of a paper bag. It was the same going past the coaches, their fans gobbing it off behind the Police a large group of Town fans tried to get at them good job the Police were there. I know there fans caused a lot of problems when they were in the Prem

They will be my favourites for the play offs That's exactly it, a "clever pass" when all they need to do is play the obvious killer one. It was so evident from the off that they wanted to walk it into the net. Not to mention their keeper seemed to be particularly flamboyant and wanting to play in their midfield. I reckon Warnock simply told them to not allow them to take the piss. They’re a good side, but I think we simply have them a potentially overdue bloody nose?

Couldn’t go today due to work commitments and if I’m honest, it didn’t bother me much at the time, but seeing the highlights. That atmosphere! I’m now gutted I missed it.
