Thought Boro got what they deserved for their cocky arrogance. When Forss scored he turned to Ruffles (I think) and made a gesture, presumably because of an earlier bust up between them. Well Ruffles, and Town, had the last laugh today...

Second half performance today was sensational. Nobody saw that coming. Middlesbrough looked as good as owt I've seen this season too. Their passing, close control was extremely good but defensively let em sens down. A game that will live long in the memory. Been a crap season but that was brilliant today. Middlesbrough were excellent, I thought, but they over complicated things in and around our box. They'll go into the play offs as the team to beat IMO. They had to over complicate things. Due to our defence there was no easy balls. The majority of their shots were from over 20 yards.

He will learn from this though and I reckon he will have a decent career.

I think the Boro fans gobbing it off after the game were just showing compound annoyance because the Blades won. That’s made second place that much tougher for them now.
You could argue that they’re this season’s Forest, but without a lot of the arrogance. Yes, they had some knobheads, but I’ve generally no problem with the Smoggies.

Boro have had some good sides in the past and in the main nave always had decent support but i do remember going there in the 80s with a crowd of just 5,000. We have our fair share of idiot fans and with quite a lot there today but some of those young Boro fans today were absolute knuckle draggers.

Glad I made the decision to travel up for this. Midway through first half, after seeing yet another Boro shot go either wide or over the bar I said to the fella next to me that it might just be one of those days for them and just for a change it might be our day. Midway through second half he was asking me for lottery numbers. Great spirit shown, like one of Warnocks other wins we have bounced back from a goal down to take all 3 points. Just couldn't see that happening under Schofield or Fotheringham. Dinosaur or not he has put some fight back in this team and if they pull off the escape then it will be a brilliant end to an otherwise awful season. Great advert to new owners just what we can do on 'our day'.

That's the first game all season where I have felt we were playing with a confidence, understanding of what we were all doing and for each other. It's also the first game I've enjoyed this time round.
We have something to build on now.
A credit to everyone involved.

Boro managed to find balls through our defence sometimes but we always had a player covering. Organised and motivated. Brilliant combination.

Went to Black Bull in Lindley to watch the early kick off. Two coaches of their lot in, about 8 brain cells between the lot of them. Two kids about 10 singing ' Huddersfields a shit ole I want to go home'. I hope the little pricks cried all the way home

First 5 minutes we had a go but after that it was a case of chasing shadows and second to every ball. Looked to me like it was heading the same way as the Coventry game A goal 20 seconds in to the second half changed everything. It transformed us in to realising it wasn't prime Barcelona we were up against and rattled them so much they went back to playing like Chris Wilder was still in charge

Fallen back in love with Koroma. There'll be a clip of Warnock's half-time talk on the end of season video: "Josh, you're still in f***ing Havant!" Will there? They Havant posted one!

Feet on the ground now, tough game v Watford. Don’t let this be a flash in the pan. (remember the 6-1 Blackpool game, then brought down to earth next game).
But this game will have given them some confidence, so here’s hoping for a point at least. 🤞

Another Warnock master class being planned now! And then hopefully a great Easter Monday crowd for the next one!

They had to over complicate things. Due to our defence there was no easy balls. The majority of their shots were from over 20 yards. I think they ran out of ideas. It was a game of coaching and Carrick came up short. He will learn from this though and I reckon he will have a decent career. I thought they were poor. Possession for possessions sake. They passed it around neatly until the final third. I said at halftime I thought we were unlucky to be losing. Not that we played well first half. I couldn’t really understand our game plan. But chuff me what a second half. Thought koromas goal was the game changer. Absolutely brilliant finish. Took it so early. But only watching town can you be nervous at 4-1 with 15 minutes to play 😂😂😂

When Warnock gets momentum, (which I admit this isn't quite yet), he doesn't often it; for example 8 wins and 4 draws in the last 12 of 1993-94, which he continued into the next season (we didn't lose away until November) and Rotherham's unbeaten run of 6 wins and 5 draws in 2015-16. There will be plenty more examples.

Well I didn't see that coming. Warnock got the tactics spot on today. They couldn't break us down. We hit them on the break superbly. Some great finishes especially Ruffles. A lot of hard work out there today. They all put a shift in for the manager. I don't think anybody had a poor game. Even the prop forward, who did what was needed holding it in the corner. One thing it shows how bad this season has been. When you are worried at 4-1 and terrified at 4-2. At 4-1 I was expecting to lose 5-4 Porroh, old bean, you’re in serious danger of becoming Art Jnr 🫢
