That's what happens when you let you opposition have 75% possession, and have all the ball in your own half. Set up totally defensively. Playing long/hoof ball (with no direction or with an intent to find a player). Can't recall us putting 4 passes together.
Going to have to change things, and actually have a go at second half.

By all that work you mean sit back totally defensively, have 11 men behind the ball, and just hack it clear and long every time we have the ball? I get it we're in a relegation scrap, time and a place and all that to try and play football. But, this is dire, and just plain awful to watch. |

I think he's the only player out there legitimately trying to play football. Technically good at what? Dribbling? First touch? Pace? Set piece delivery? Not for me. |

Did well for 5 minutes, should have been infront. Since then we’ve been comfortably second best. Midfield non existent. Poor Wardy must be begging to come off at HT, even if he wins the ball the midfield have no interest in supporting him.

I'm not sure what all the constant barrage of attack on Rudoni is all about. REG - Not a very good player at all, how he is starting in a championship side is beyond me. Hogg - Declining. Rapidly. 3 Center halves we have run in quick sand. Koroma - anonomyous Ward - "Runs a lot" Ruffels - Positioning of a Sunday league fullback Yet, you single out Rudoni? Strange. The standard in general is so so poor. |

Looking like a poor anti-football team, unfortunately, today. A good one can at least string more than one or two passes together. Don't think we're even set up here to do some passing, so we're going to be out of practice when we do get the chance.
All the same, it's only 0-1 so still a chance. If we keep on with this style, it'll be a minor miracle to keep the score down to 0-1.

If they hadn’t scored i’d have been more than happy with the performance. We needed to commit a foul in their half.
No idea how we turn it round now though, Warnock will probably be happy if it’s still 1 0 at 80 minutes then have a go.
