Warnock's team selections and tactics are baffling. I don't know what he is seeing that we aren't. Get some attacking subs on and go for it. Nothing to lose. We may as well give them the points if we carry on playing like this.

I think I can at least try to understand it, set up defensively, make ourselves "tough to beat", keep it tight and keep the shape, frustrate the opposition, and then make adjustments and try and snatch it later on. But, as soon as you seen the teamsheet today, you just knew it was going to be sit completely behind the ball, long ball down the channels, and into stands, and not have much of the ball. Because most of the team named today aren't a 100% confident on the ball. It's ok having an attacking line up that sits on the bench, but to what purpose? I agree nothing to lose now, anybody here would take a draw. Issue is, where do we get a goal from? Their keeper is playing a Beckenbauer role as a sweeper, not even a keeper/sweeper. He'll be as advanced as a holding midfielder at this rate. |

But, we have zero pace whatsoever at the back, so a quick give and go, and any player who can run more than 10mph will have space in behind. Unfortunately. |
