Aye that’s a painful lesson for sure... Hopefully it doesn’t happen to Town and the wait is intriguing indeed to see what evolves and what and who we get as custodians - Hopefully the only connection to HTAFC is that classy home kit they have in the picture ! Attachment Deleted

Loving their blue and white kit.
It's a fair post and article, investment from persons with no affiliation to the club, or from different countries has a very mixed history. Personally I hope the new owners do invest but in the infastructure of the club, youth development, the ladies team and of course the mens's first team - but not so much so that in five years if progress isn't made, they take their bat and ball home and want out.

We aren't to be anywhere near the champions league, our immediate outlook is more modest which is trying to stay up and then bettering ourselves, then hopefully having a nother shot at promotion which some weirdos on here wouldnt want anyway.

Great city is Malaga, stunning setting by the sea. Birthplace of Pablo Picasso. I once met a beautiful nurse in Malaga airport. I gave her my copy of 'The Unbearable Lightness of Being' by Milan Kundera.
Another time I stayed at a Premier Inn kind of place overlooking the San Miguel brewery which is all lit up in green at night and looks very impressive.
I do tend to mix up Malaga and Granada footy teams. It must have been Granada who were managed by Tony Adams then, otherwise they'd have mentioned it in the article.

This did happen to us the last time we were promised champagne football when Rubery took over. We know it only too well.

There have been comments posted citing how they'd be quite happy for town to just bob along steady as you go, middle of the road, not upsetting applecarts, basically showing no ambition whatsoever, some have admitted having those opinions, im not going to name names cos its just unnecessary shit striring.

I do like the comment - their demise included 3 managers in 1 season’. What club would ever do that!

Hardly the same class!!

Hardly the same class!! Otium always reminded me of Captain Flasheart in Blackadder: “… so I flew straight through her bedroom window, popped a box of chocs on the dressing table, machine-gunned my telephone number into the wall, and then shot off and shagged her sister.”

Had many excellent evenings in Malaga.. Great city for a weekend break.. Often overlooked in favour of Barcelona/Madrid.. The area behind the cathedral is beautiful.. Narrow streets and wonderful tapas bars.. 🍻🇪🇸

You think it’s bad here with the big six getting the decisions? Try Spain outside the obvious two. The system is absolutely stacked against anybody else.

And your point is? Once again, only looking at a way of having a dig at fans wanting DH out. Alternative spin for you, with the car crash mistakes he has made, they could be the reason we end up in that position.....
