It was good to see on Sunderland fans' forum that they gave credit to Town, and that Pritchard is a "busted flush".

Would have probably put Hungbo and Rhodes on for Diarra and Ward for the last 10. Both ran themselves into the ground and you could see tiredness got the better of them late on. Wee bit of bravery.. At least some fresh legs... Not sure why colin didnt do it. We added a point which those below have to make up. Cant think about those below us and what ifs for them. We may need to win all 3 remaining games so thats what our aim has to be. If we draw 3 and stay up thats great but its not the aim.. The last gasp v blackburn is pissing me right off now.. As many shots on target as Sunderland tonight so Im happy we used whatever possesion we had better. Leave other fans now to have kittens. UTT.

Diarra and Headley aren't perfect but they are both going to be some players Don't rate either. I just drank 'some' water. It was alright. One is 21 and the other 19. Both in their break through seasons. One having been at Harrogate till coming back and cracking on, despite the injury. You might not rate them but surely you can see that the potential is there? The kids look great and a tough season, especially staying up 🤞 should be formative

A good point. The Cardiff game is huge for us. We have 12 days to get the best 11 fit and firing as this is a 6 pointer I wonder if they could take them off to the sun for a couple of days to recharge the batteries now Didn't work well last time

Warnock dropped a right bollock here leaving Diarra on What you on about 🤷🏻♂️🤷🏻♂️ He’s had a great game.. Caused them all sorts of problems.. 🍻 I agree with both of you. For me, he looked fucked towards the end and should have been brought off for some fresh legs last 15 minutes. Prior to that though he was in the running for POTM imo (although for me he was still behind Koroma and Pearson).

Alot of positives tonight and I would of taken a point beforehand for sure. Some decent performances from Koroma, Kasumu and a few others. However Tom Lees tonight was absolutely dreadful.. Tom spent last season putting his foot, head and body in. He also put his foot through the ball. Not sure if its one season too many??

Yeah, we looked a lot better playing with the extra man leaving Hogg out! Now we need to play with 11 and leave Ward out!

Missed opportunity to put ourselves in a great position, will happily take the point though. We have a nervous week or so ahead now. Diarra is so good until he has a decision to make, I hope we can see that develop over time. The difference in Diarras good bit to bad bits is incredible. Fingers crossed the next coach can teach him decision making. As he has so many attributes to be a great player That's his only problem really, but it's a big one at the moment. However at 19 he can only get better. Four opposition players have been booked over the past two games for bringing Diarra down. He's great until he has a decision to make.

I don't understand why we approached tonight like that but were so passive at Swansea.
Sunderland have far more dangerous players in the final third than Swansea. Yes Swansea pass it around for fun but they also present you with chances if you press them a bit higher up like we did tonight

And yet in both games against us this season he's done better for them than he ever did for us after that first half season. Our equivalent to Jack Rodwell. I hope the cùnt signs for Forest.

He went down injured/ knackered 10 mins before the end, Rocket Ron giving him right stick telling him to get up and get on with it Thought he had a great game though. He’s not the finished article but he really put the shits up their defence going past players .

Enjoyable game that, worth the 3 hour drive home I’m just about to do. Great to see some fight and us playing on the front foot.
Shame Diarra couldn’t sort his feet out at the end, a winner then would’ve been epic.

At no point tonight did Town look like losing that. Even after the Leeds bastard put them ahead. I’d not be worried if they play like that the games remaining.

Deserved at least a point, played well, showed some good attacking intent, and showed some fight coming from behind once again (but we do need to start scoring the first goal), little bit of luck with the goal in terms of the slight deflection, but that's the luck we didn't get with Swansea's goal on Saturday.
It's a good point, a useful point (but could have been 3).
Still petrified about the 12 day gap though with everyone else playing 2 or 3 times before we play again

Brilliant result and performance, I hope Koroma can stay playing at this level of quality he might just help keep us out of harm's way. We have come back from behind under Warnock a lot it's good to see the fight.

Warnock just dropped that Koroma and Ruffels won't be getting new contracts in his post match press conference (but that they'll get good ones elsewhere!)

Considering our squad, to come back from Sunderland and be disappointed shows just how far we've come under Warnock If only we'd brought him in earlier . Ward totally invisible but NW has something against Rhodes. Diarra will be a hell of a player when he can offer an end product

He has real quality when he's nurtured properly. Ruffels has been better under Warnock, but he's still a poor player at this level. I'm not sure he'd be that good in League One to be honest. Perhaps that's harsh, but I just don't rate him at all.

I'd be really surprised if we haven't considered offering Koroma a new deal after his form over the last few months. Maybe he's already agreed terms elsewhere? The other possibility is that there's going to be massive investment over the summer and we'll be bringing in some real quality to replace any outgoers.

Alright boys, well done tonight I thought yous were a proper well drilled team, could definitely tell you were a Warnock team. We were poor today and Mowbray did not manage the game well at all, substitutions wrong and initial starting XI wrong for the type of game it would be. Think you lot will easily stay up, but hopefully we won’t see you next season. Realistically think we won’t go up, but Im still holding onto the possibility. Speaking to a couple of your lot after the game, a bald fella and two of his mates and they were proper sound, so nothing but good things to say. Best of luck for the rest of the season anyway 👍 (Also, your No.35 was solid, was really impressed with him)

Fair play tonight. I thought we really went after them, especially second half. Deserve all 3 points but a point away is a good one.
Let's hope the other results go for us and we're fresh and fighting for the Cardiff game.
UTT.

I thought that was a decent performance especially in the second half. All we can do now is sit back and see where we are by the time we play Cardiff, but hopefully we can get enough points from those last three games to secure our championship status!

A good away point (especially coming from behind) which edges us closer to the safety line (it will be very tight though).
Delighted for Josh Koroma who worked hard throughout.
Is it just me or did we appear to have far more than 31% possession?

Just on the off chance anybody on here remembers speaking to a sunderland lad in a grey jumper after the game.
