Every player played their part today, the level went up big time in the second though. I hope we have one more big prefromance left in us.

We sat back deep onto the edge of our area, I believe we'd have had much more of a chance of at least a point if we had played like we have following that game. Or equally we could have been smashed like others have been. We set up like that v Millwall and Boro and it worked. Had we not we could have been taken apart. But because that worked then you were fine with the setup, presumably? Not worth arguing with you, I said "I believe", you said "we could".... it's all ifs & buts, I expressed my opinion, you yours. We are in with an amazing chance of survival, which I could not have hoped for a couple of months ago... that'll do me. |

It’s surprising how mentally draining watching Town teetering on the edge is… Is it just me, but it seems to leave you exhausted. Spot on. I've been visiting the battlefields and cemeteries of the Somme and Ypres,Wednesday to Saturday of this week. My mates, mainly rugby union fans said " are you nervous about Town tomorrow?". I said "no,the things we've seen put things into perspective". Well, the last 15 minutes had me pacing in the garden and looking through my hands. |

All we could do today was win. We did that. All of us would have taken (and not believed it 12 games a go) that we only need a point with two home games to go. Just shows how good warnock is and how shit Danny and MF were. A million quid for warnock - money well spent. UTT. Just too soon for danny I suppose his inevitable sacking at a struggling league two club will be another job that came too soon for him. |

Delighted and enjoyed a great day but to be exceptionally greedy i think we missed an opportunity at 2 0.
I really thought we could have won 3 or 4 that would have actually given us a little wriggle room to possibly lose the next 2 games.
We know exactly what we need now. I’m praying we do it Thursday or it will be a LONG weekend.

Definitely delighted with that win today - Tense finish for sure but Neil Warnock looks like the calmest fella in the universe in his interview on sky sports footy hourly report which can only be good for the players...
I was a bit worried about momentum loss after the 12 days break but it all went well...
As I say we’re not there yet but it’s a better place to be than Reading and as it stands Rotherham -
I think it’s fair to say we are all big Smoggies ‘fans’ tomorrow from 1.30pm till around 3.20pm ! 😉

Played well today and we looked like the team who really needed the points, great atmosphere as well. Should have had 3 or 4 but we were comfortably the better side. There was a 10 minute spell in the second half where we had about 10 shots, we’d be lucky to see that in 5 games before Warnock arrived.
I can’t believe the turn around from when he took over, I knew we’d improve but deep down I was still expecting relegation, albeit with a bit of fight about us. Until he came in we were a total shambles, directionless and if we created a one half chance during a game we were lucky. He’s found a system to suit the players we had, given us a good structure, and made us a very dangerous going forward.
I know his record speaks for itself but he really is an elite manager. Not many managers these days could go into a side with a substandard squad with no confidence, add 0 players to it and turn them into a competent Championship outfit pretty much overnight. If only he was 10 years younger.
I’ve loved having him back and will be sad to see him go at the end of the season. Let’s hope we can wrap up that final point needed on Thursday and have a right old party against Reading on Monday.

As someone else said, I started getting greedy at 2-0 when we were massively on top, thinking we could get ourselves into a position where we could even lose to Reading and stay up, then ended up bricking it thinking we were gonna throw it away!
