Kasumu is great until it comes to that key pass or shot. He's definitely not someone who should be playing in advanced areas, leave that to others more technically gifted. Kasumu my MOM also. He was everywhere, harried the life out of Sheff and didn’t even get booked. That's because I put a bet on him getting booked!

There's quite a few of you on here tonight that seem to have got a little bit excited... absolutely no need, I told you earlier in the thread we would win.
What a fantastic job Warnock & Jeppo have done to have turned an awful team, with confidence lower than a snake's balls, into one of the best performing teams of the last 1/4 of the season.
Genuinely thought we were dead & buried 2 months ago, well done boys.

Great interview from Tom Lees on Radio Leeds... worth listening to. It really was. Non of the usual footballers cliches, just good honest thoughts. This. Very rare I bother sharing a footballer's interview, but have done with this one. Here goes again: www.bbc.co.uk/sounds/play/p0flk8fy

There are people in the red portion of Nottingham dumb enough to think that is real.

The win tonight has just probably saved Andy Carroll from getting humiliated by Town's 2023 player of the season Michal Helik.......Incidentally Michal the guy who sponsors you (Thommo), will be so proud of your achievements this season as he too was a bad arse centre half like you.

I hope we show Reading fans respect on Monday .No nastiness. They were a credit to their club when we beat them at Wembley.Gracious in defeat. Agreed, got to respect any fans that travel that far to support an already relegated side and in particular to our place under the circumstances. But if your club break rules and then employs the likes of Paul Ince that's what happens.

This is why we turn up game after game. There really is no feeling like it. It was one of those ‘I was there’ nights. So proud to be a Town fan. After seeing pretty much every ‘I was there’ match in the past 50 years, (including the 10-1 at Maine Road and Le Tissier 4 Town 0) I wasn’t last night as out of the country. It’s a weird feeling, absolute delight on one hand, strange detachment on the other. Never again. Hope you saw that Dad, you can properly RIP now. Delighted for everyone and even some room for sympathy for Reading (fans).

I’ve somehow got to get my mojo back as far as Town are concerned; hopefully next season will be it.
Loved the scenes at the end with the players giving NW and RJ a guard of honour off the pitch at the end. I bet the atmosphere in the crowd was ecstasy and jubilation, and well deserved by everyone. I hope Kevin Nagle et al were watching and taking heed of what this club means to so many and what leadership it needs.

The tactics from Neil and Ronnie were exceptional. possession in the first half with some strange man marking game plan. Second half, come out all guns blazing and play a high risk strategy on the front foot. It was a footballing version of rope-a-dope.

Would love to see some stats on our attacking patterns under Warnock. Feels like the 3rd quarter of every game we have been absolutely lethal.

Having a quick look online it seems they desperately want rid of their owner for his mismanagement of the club. The cherry on the top of their cake was Ince live on Sky giving his “expert analysis” of the Man U game while around 200+ miles away our result meant the team he led so poorly we’re relegated.

What a memorable night. How on earth they've managed that after where we were and the games we've had to play, I don't know.
And how brilliant that the fans will get a chance to watch a game with all the pressure off for the first time in over a year, and can say goodbye and thank you to Warnock

Quite unbelievable. Laughing and joking . He doesn't give a shite and probably thinks they only got relegated for getting rid of him.

The first half was quite bizarre, with the centre backs racing out into the middle of the field in pursuit of their striker. Pearson looked like he was wearing banana skins instead of boots too.

Josh Ruffels took his keys, wallet and Billy Sharp out of his pocket when he got home kast night Ruffels played a blinder when he came on last night. He's flourished in that more defensive full-back role with Headley in front of him. I hope we are considering offering him a new contract because under the right manager he has a role to play.

Kasumu my MOM also. He was everywhere, harried the life out of Sheff and didn’t even get booked. That's because I put a bet on him getting booked! When we went 1-0 up, put Nicholls and Kasumu on to be booked. Started counting my winnings.

It feels like a promotion
Had he joined us after Danny schofield went we would probably be celebrating promotion or at least the playoffs now
I really hope the new owners consult Neil about our new manager...he has gone on record as saying he is willing to help us in the search for a new manager...we need to take his offer up
And finally a big thank you to SHARON
it was Sharon who encouraged Neil to help us
Maybe a nice chant of there's only one Sharon warnock would be appropriate on Monday

It's been quite rare for Yorkshire to have two teams in the Premier League in recent seasons Surely you’re not trying to put some sort of subtle curse on Leeds? What if Boro go up via the PO’s. Are they officially a Yorkshire club??
