He wouldn't have enough points to play in this country anyway. Played last season in the French second tier and only made a couple of appearances for his parent club Strasbourg.

Just had a look at a youtube video (yes, I know) of this guy, I'd never heard of him. He looks very promising, I know we've had a bad record of players coming from France but plenty of players have been good from there.
He is small, looks relatively speedy but seems to hold the ball up well & has very quick feet. The best bit about him is I couldn't tell which was his natural foot, he used both comfortably &, if I'd have to pick one, I'd have said he was left footed, yet the couple of pens he scored in the clip were with his right foot.
He reminded me of Diarra in his dribbling but, at 21, seems to have a better idea of a final ball & finishing. Not saying we are in for him but I certainly would be interested as there definitely looks to be a player there. Maybe a loan?

I think the only thing that would save him would be appearances for his country, but only seems to have played once or twice for Ivory Coast U23s |

Does it work that way with Africans as well as Europeans ? I know there was talk that because of Brexit South America would have to be the new hunting ground for talent. |

We had doctors (GP's) who actually saw patients and would treat them rather than explaining that, as the ques are so long it is not worth putting patients forward at the moment. We had more food on supermarket shelves and we had more jobs as well as growth in the economy. Anyone noticed the mortgage rates? |

Yeah, works for every country the same (apart from Ireland). The new rules rely around a player having played games in a good league, in a continental competition, and for their country (U21 or senior). South America is a good hunting ground for this because the players all play lots of games for their club, and in the Copa America, and also any sort of U21 cap usually gets them over the line to qualify. |
