It's relative, the £ is a lot weaker these days. We went for a break in NYC in 2007 to celebrate my wife's 30th birthday. It was $2 to the pound back then, happy days. $1.27 to the pound now 😱 When I first started buying dollars I think it was around 3!!! |

I was sat in a cafe, minding my own business and their latest result came up on my watch. My best guess is that my phone number will be in Town's data base (season ticket) and they sent the notification. (I'm not bothered by it btw)

Sacremento won 3.1 today against San Antonio to stay top of their league I watched the highlights off the Sacremento site but I didn’t know how to put up the link to the game, cheers 👍 |

Quite a good time they are having too. Since the announcement confirming the KN deal was done, I've bought some merchandise. I suspect some others will have aswell. |

I suspect that a few people have forgotten the old DATM in-joke of "I hope they go bust".
IIRC is was the stock phrase from someone (AndySK?) in the same way the Jello has Fuck Me Rigid.
To be fair, it's been a few years since I read it on here.

Its easy to give time for projects when there's no jeopardy and it doesnt really matter *too* much one way or the other if you win every game or lose every game...everyone is coming back again next season. Even youth football has promotion and relegation, without it you might as well just arrange a bunch of friendlies and not even bother recording the scores. |
