Chatting to a palace mate of mine who says the rumours down there are that Neil’s trying to get this lad on a season long loan .
Wikipedia says he’s a winger but swear he played right back against us for derby a couple years ago and vaguely remember him looking decent.
My mate seems to say he’s pacey and pretty direct but still working on an end product … so maybe VLP-esque…
Looks and sounds a decent prospect

Yes l heard it was an ex Derby County player and presumed it was Luke Plange so this guy may make

Fingers crossed that we get the Derby County edition rather than the Hull City reboot.
TBH he looks class, and we do look light on the wings. Hopefully he offers some goal threat from that side too.
Would be happy with this one.

If he does come in I hope Warnock can work his magic on him because he's been far from prolific in his two previous championship loans. Young lad still so you never know, he might be a star for us.

The eventual Hull loan was a flop, but the original intention was for him to feature in Palace's first team squad last season. This from [exactly] 12 months ago:
If we are in the mix for him we'll probably need to be patient.
With Olise potentially on his way, and Zaha already gone, Ebiowei may shortly become Palace's only recognised RW (as things stand).

I've been going off all the noise on palace twitter and their BBS. They've been referring to Ebs being the face of the club now, the future, give him what he wants. I'll happily hold my hands up as it appears ''Ebs'' is actually what they call Eze  Still think Malcolm is quite highly regarded, so maybe we do have a chance of a loan. |
