Yeah pretty certain it was played. Personally I like the throwback to 1995 with the music since Warnock came back, but maybe that's cos I was growing up then and think mid 90s music is shitloads better than the repetitive and generally shit dross we've had for the last 20+ years that's got no variety and is all very samey (sorry, that's probably off topic!)

Based on the 3rd kit release I'm expecting the term "pre match drill " to take on a new meaning

It would be nice to have no music. You could then talk to your friends without having to shout to make yourself heard!

Although if it had a dirty bass run instead of that ping pong electronica I'd like it, that ping pong sound is too high pitched and ruins it, whereas a deep throbbing bass run enhances it. I've heard a version like that (I think at Wigan Pier) and it was great. But that might have been the disco biscuit effect

I think some nice classical music beforehand, always ending with Jupiter, then teams come out to The March of the Valkyries We could even include a selection of nice quiet / soothing pieces so scutcher could chat to his mates. Not sure the purists would call them classical but I love some of those old westerns theme tunes - How the West was won, Magnificent 7, etc and this

I like your general idea though, I'd go: Vangelis C.O.P., 1812 Overture, Mars, O Fortuna then Valkyries in that order.

Now you can entertain/piss people off by posting music vids on the Friggin thread

Got half a dozen other windows open for work stuff so sometimes I get a bit of lag. Either that or I just didn't like them sorry

Yeah, not long after the stadium opened we used to come out to it, that's why I said it reminded me of being at an Ozzy concert; he used to come out to the same music. Didn't know Town's version was a Russian Choir though

My earliest memory at Leeds Road back in the 70's was listening to Hot Love by T Rex blaring out of the speakers. Could do worse.

Best run out music we’ve had for years was Million Voices (was played just before Covid). We need something upbeat, not that dull beat they walked out to last year

We need something upbeat, not that dull beat they walked out to last year Not my type of music (unless I'm at Wigan Pier or out with "normals" ) but is quite uplifting. Got an issue with the vid though; skaters would have nothing to do with this type of music, we listened to ska, punk & metal. Unless the younger generation have changed their skating music
