Reckon Warnock will make some changes for this one.
Nicholls
Nakayama Helik Pearson
Ruffels Kasumu Rudoni Wiles Thomas
Burgzorg Ward (or new striker)
We're far too open at the back and static in midfield.

Wiles must surely come in. Yuta and Burgzorg to start as well, for Pearson and Diarra.

Assuming Wiles is fit, I cant see Kasumu being risked in this game just before the international break. Hopefully we'll have a new striker by then, but even if we do he'll probably be signed after midday on the Friday šš.
I think the midfield will probably be Hogg & Rudoni with Wiles.

Is it that time of the season again?!!š³
Hogg is less than his imperious best for one game and out of the woodwork they all come with shouts of "Drop him!!"
His time will come & it IS getting closer.
But it ain't yet!
In other news I quite fancy turning the baggies over.

But it ain't yet! In other news I quite fancy turning the baggies over. I think the time came several months ago. He simply hasn't got the legs and is way too slow against any decent midfield. I'm not suggesting he hasn't got a role to play or shouldn't be part of the squad - but in my opinion if we pick him every week as our key midfielder then we have a problem.

I'd take a point here but I do agree, the starting 11 needs freshening up a bit.

I watched a vid about the Baggies tortured ownership and debt issues, it doesn't seem to be affecting their performances too badly. I'm normally an optimist to the level of being quite a simp with town, but don't feel good about this one.

They have an increasingly thin squad and the next few months will see the debt situation worsen, meaning players will have to be moved on. I'm quite surprised that Corberan has stayed, considering the backdrop. None of that, of course, affects Saturday. Time to change systems. 3-5-2, providing a more solid defensive base. Nicholls Nakayama Helik Pearson Headley Rudoni Hogg Wiles Thomas Ward Harratt Subs: Maxwell, Edmonds-Green, Ruffels, Kasumu (if fit), Austerfield, Diarra, Burgzorg, Koroma, Hudlin Keep it tight for an hour. Press from the front with Harratt. Sub him and Ward after an hour and look to win the game from there.

When is Lees back ? We have missed him.
Iām afraid I canāt see anything else other than a West Brom win. We are so open all over the pitch. We seem to panic when we get near the other teams goal.
Team for me (which would include Yuta - but warnock has already hinted he isnāt ready yet).
Nichols (just - he needs to stop these silly mistakes).
Edwards (literally nobody else) Pearson Helik Ruffels
Thomas Hogg (just - he missed a lot of pre season and itās showing). Wiles Burzog
Koroma Harrat
Dropped Ward (wonāt happen ) Dropped Rudhoni (no composure at all)
If we donāt sign another striker and we lose - Kev will get some grief on social media.
Fortunately Iām flying all Saturday afternoon so wonāt know the result till we land. Stop me from ranting on twitter - I suppose.

Can't see past another sound thrashing, squad far superior and a quality coach, hope I'm wrong.

Iāve always thought he was the one organising the defence. Plenty of mistakes have been made whilst he has been out of the team. Yes he is slow, add to Pearson,Hogg and Edwards. What a great squad we haveā¦. Although Nagle seems to think itās a good squad. 50 years of watching town I beg to differ.

Footballers automatically become much better than they actually are when the side they are not getting in to, for whatever reason, if said side is losing a lot, in most fansā eyes.
I seem to remember Lees getting quite a bit of stick not too long ago.

Not from me.
Much as I (sort of) understand his reasoning for going, the shitshow he left us in means he won't get a warm welcome from me.
I won't be booing him either though, that's just motivation for his players.

Ah yes, let's give a former manager a great reception when we're desperate for a win.
He's got no affinity to Town whatsoever and dropped us in the shit by leaving how and when he did. If he'd have had any bottle he'd have gone straight after the final.
Leaving three weeks before the season was a c***'s trick.
Hope he gets booed, abused and then Warnocked. Fuck him.

I seem to remember Lees getting quite a bit of stick not too long ago. And Danny Grant was like Maradona when we were losing. Some fans literally begging for him to get a gig. "Just what does Danny Grant have to do to get a game?"

It's 'insanity is repeating the same thing over and over again but expecting different results. To quote Albert Einstein. However Albert wasn't talking about the limitations of a weak squad, I don't think Warnock has much choice.
