connection issues

I have found that I can't connect when I have my VPN on set to this country, if I changed the VPN setting to another country I can could connect to the site.

Now I have just changed my network provider to BT from Virgin and I now can't connect without connecting via my VPN and setting it to a country on another continent.

Do you have any advise on why I have this issue as I don't get any issues with any other sites.

When you say can't connect. Does it say you are banned? Type of device / connection are you using? A mobile or home wifi

Bans are enforced by account id and IP address IIRC. Not certain on VPN usage but expect they employ a wide range of IPs to assign which could also be used by other people using the same VPN service. You won't always get a dedicated IP address.
Recall someone else had a similar issue once, it's likely Proboards end rather than DATM IMO. Unless you've or someone in your house has used a different account on here which has been banned....
Proboards isn't particularly sophisticated platform. Expect they will have issues with folk using VPNs for spamming / nefarious reasons or simply circumvent a forum ban so expect they will ban large ranges of IPs to counter it.

Wingman - Only thing you could do is try cross reference Goodbets IP address (share it privately, not here) with DATM's ban list and see if there's a match really. Chances are slim.

If it's just a 'can't connect to this site' - haven't a scooby, sorry.

My BT connection seems to have settled down now and I can now connect when I turn the VPN off.

The site does not seem to like my UK VPN address at all.

Strang how it was only this site I had an issue with.
