Social media has had it say re Moore. Nagle does read them and will be fully aware.
The regression under Moore.
Dreadful Set-pieces with virtually the same players that made us one of the best in the championship.
Zonal marking which was at fault again yesterday. Helik looked confused and totally lost his position. It looked like he pushed up - turned round and saw that nobody else had.
Players playing out of position.
Barely any shots on goal - ever.
A manager that has made no effort to communicate with the fans.
An owner who is trying to run the club from 1000’s of miles away.
I’m going and it will be the first game I’ve seen live since the play-off final. (Although I have watched every single game home and away since) Taking my three grandkids whilst the women go to the pub. Trying to work out what I’ve done wrong…
Blackburn win and luckily for Moore and Cartwright the grandkids will refrain me from giving dogs abuse to Moore.
Remember the days when we used to have a go and try win games. A distant memory.

Not bothering - booked panto tickets instead now as I’d rather spend time with my kids who are too little for football. I will go on the Friday
Never used to miss a game. Now I’m missing more than I watch …and I have season ticket for this year
As others said it’s a chore and I don’t look forward to games rather I feel this slavish loyalty to “support”. Hard to get excited when you know Moore will set up negatively when there’s the players fit to have a go now.
This brand of football doesn’t deserve any crowd watching it

Hopefully he doesn’t play 5 at the back, go for the win rather than park the bus, Tom lees shouldn’t be nowhere near the team, get Koroma, Thomas on the wing and Del Boy up top, go for the win

This is a winnable game
They win or lose
They’ve lost 4 in 5
This is not a game to sit deep and hope we hang onto 0-0 and some sort of freak wind gust / deflection from a pass etc finds its way to give us a lead
5 at the back and a holding midfielder isn’t (a) working (b) keeping clean sheets - you can blame moments switching off but when you spend 30% of the game in your 18 yard box there are a lot of moments, it only takes one to go wrong and you’re losing.

Great game for Blackburn to get their season back on track. They've conceded 40 goals in 23 games but Darren will have us set-up like we're playing Real Madrid as usual, not make any attempt to try and win the game and prey they miss all their chances and reward the suffering fans with a pulsating 0-0. When we do concede he'll persist with 7 defensive players and bore the fans out of the stadium before the full-time whistle. Can't wait  |

Totally agree. They are vulnerable and beatable - as their league record shows. If we can't go for it at home against a team as defensively frail as Blackburn, then I despair. Obviously, Blackburn have their good days as well their bad ones - and we might catch them on one of their better ones - but their recent forms suggests we should see this as a winnable match. And approach it as such. |

5-0 Town - get me another bottle of sherry ! DM set a precedent for this in 2020-21 when Wednesday, practically out of nowhere, beat Cardiff (who had an away record that season of W10 D8 L5) 5-0. At the time Carlos had us lolling about from side-to-side like Crisp in the 1973 Grand National, but the 5th goal against Cardiff proved to be Jordan Rhodes's last for the club and DM managed only one more win (Blackburn at home) and we finished safe with 49 points. |
