Apologies if this has already been mentioned/shared elsewhere, but…it’s frankly one of the most AWESOME developments of the stadium there has ever been.

Lovely gesture by the club, well done DH for kickstarting it and KN for ensuring its completion.

Great that we can walk past before every home game and pay our respects. Brilliant from the club.

As we never approach the ground from that direction would never have seen it. Thanks for posting.

Beautiful. Hopefully gives some solace to the families and friends of those lost who are remembered there now, and in the future.

Had a look yesterday, it’s a perfect setting overlooking the riverbank, best visited when there’s not a rowdy queue for the away end.

They could have grown spuds and sold em in the pies..
Made it part of the fanzone experience..
I’m joking by the way..

Repeat post I made in ‘Fan Memorial’ is also relative to this - A lot of the ‘family’ gone far, far too early, many I know by sight, though not personally. Club have been criticised for lots of things these past few seasons but let’s give credit where credit is due, they have this absolutely spot on RIP all, and sincere condolences to all families and friends. Well done Town, this is one of the reasons that makes you so special to many.

Huddersfield Town sit just above The Relegation Zone in The Championship...
We sometimes don’t get it very right on the pitch -
But I’ll tell you what - Off the field of play HTAFC are truly elite Champions League material and this proves it...
Perhaps I could purchase a plaque for ma late buddy Stevie Ellis formerly of Brighouse, Huddersfield and Lochgilphead in Scotland that I enjoyed several weekends at Town matches with -
Perhaps I could purchase or put money by for a plaque for maself but Bloody Hell I’d not want it up there until 24th June 2070 as that’s when I’m due ma telegram from The Queen and would mean that I’d have reached the ripe old age of 100...😊
I look forward to visiting this beautiful, tranquil and peaceful spot on my next visit down to Huddersfield (Hopefully all being well on the weekend of the match v Birmingham City on Saturday 27th April) ! 👍

I suspect not..there would need to be room for a 'container' and I think the plaques are affixed to a solid wall. Of course you could scatter the ashes just opposite, in the wooded area ? My Dads' ashes were scattered at Castle Hill, but beware of 'blow back' on a windy day !

My mate had never been before

Lost one of our "group" of fans last year. Known the guy for 40 years plus and whilst not unexpected, still a bit of a shock.Walked through on Saturday and even though there were Wednesday fans less than 50 yards away singing and shouting (no offense guys you weren't'to know)I still found it quite tranquil.Next visit perhaps whwn its totally quite. Well done to whoever thought of it, designed it, built it etc - 10/10. It is not morbid (if you know what I mean but just perfect.
