I have to say watching Darren Moore's press conferences was a real struggle. Jon Worthington is doing a much better job with the two he's done so far.
What I have liked is the recent innovation to have a different first-team player be questioned before the manager. It's good to see their strength of character. Brodie Spencer was excellent yesterday, relaxed and speaking very well. Combined with his clear talent on the pitch, he's clearly "one for the future". Matty Pearson was also excellent before the Sheff. Wed. game, but in a very different way - intense and straight to the point.
Does anybody know if the players volunteer to do this task, or are they "volunteered"?

When is Danny Wards turn? He'll get injured by the microphone when it's his.

It is written in their contracts that they have to do media work, and the media team spread the load throughout the season.
