Suggests that some of the players aren’t committed and have already left the club in there heads yet is currently umming and ahhing himself. Crikey have we no dignity. Fuck him off. He's doing it in the close season, totally different.

The Hindu Times are reporting that he's staying... I always turn to the Hindu Times when I want informed football news! Someone made one good Oasis related joke then everyone else piled in with a load of rubbish Oasis song puns that didn’t make sense like this one.

How long does it take to make your mind up? I’ll be in a rockin chair before he decides if he’s staying or going.

Cue an inordinate amount of Bucks Fizz puns…..
We’re in the land of make believe, Mr Breitenreiter, if you can’t stand the heat then it’s time for a new beginning
(Disclaimer…I know nowt of Bucks Fizz, other than it’s a shite drink)..I thank Google and Spotify for a quick song title search 👀

Honestly, in true German form he is putting himself first. "ich bin zuerst" If this is his level of commitment we are better without him. Good riddens I would say. Get someone who understands L1 and the mentality of the players.
Again, in true German style he is unable to adapt to a changing situation. Is this the best guy to take us forward?
Despite talk of a contingency plan, much valuable time has been lost.
I saw the squads response to his style of "leadership."
Better off without him. KN is cheapening himself and the club by bowing down to his every whim.

His dithering shows his in ability to be decisive. Is that what we want from a manager. He is cautious ny mentality. Look at his dram mentality when wins were needed. He can only think inside a box and struggles with new problems. Better suited to American football where you can take time outs

Crazy idea but maybe the decision is made. Maybe was a day ago. Maybe Nagle and the club are just waiting to make the announcements.
Crazy, I know.

In a way it feels weird to even want an announcement for something like this, but with all the talk, it's understandable. End of the day, if he's staying, he's staying - crack on with your job. I really hope we don't go big on it. We're better than that.

Imagine he’s gone and the club are frantically trying to find his replacement to do a double announcement.

Doubt KN will have heard and straight away put something out. There will also be things to sort out with regards to his departure too (assuming he is off)

He doesn't need to say anything does he
He,s under contract for another 2 years
Would anyone on here basically do yourself out of 2 years wages by saying you don't want to continue?
He has no love for Huddersfield Town and is back in his home country with his family
Imo he,s playing the waiting game and waiting for kev to sack him...if kev doesn't then he'll probably walk before pre season training and we end up with another corberan situation and another season of turmoil
Everyone keeps saying no one is bigger than the club..well he's acting like he is

Words to the effect of "How is this even possible!" More small club mentality from the people at the top, something that needs to stop.

Seems to me the longer this goes on, and the more desperate KN is to persuade him to stay we're going to end up with AB strolling back like some God like figure..strutting around the stadium in full superior German fashion.. His 'demands' will be agreed and fought over with every one on the proviso of 'give me want I want or I walk'...he'll have KN's nuts in his hand... I don't think that will be a good thing to give to an employee. He'll basically end up running the club. It won't end well for us.

This reminds me of a similar incident in 1993 when first team coach Mick Buxton was offered a contract extension after his heroics at the end of the 1992-93 season, where he'd come back to assist Ian Ross and pulled off the greatest of escapes. Buxton was offered the contract before he went on holiday, but then after he'd returned from Torremolinos he decided he was actually going to go to Sunderland. Wonder if Mick was accused of thinking he was bigger than the club or that he had no love for Huddersfield Town?

Yes it was cringeworthy watching Cartwright in that press conference "Yep mark..I'll have you in league one before you can blink" "it's very possible"

I remember being pissed off at the time I was also pissed off when warnock jilted us for Plymouth and let him know when we played Bury at gigg Lane At the end of the day it's Kev who has asked for confirmation of him staying so they can plan ahead...Not us!

The problem with Andre Breitenreiter complaining about players not being dedicated enough is that he doesn't recognise The Importance Of Being Idle. There are many fins that he would like to say to us but he don’t speak trout.

I think either way it’ll be announced straight away, especially with Kevin talking openly about him making a decision about whether to stay or not. In my opinion it’s worth waiting for an answer. However, I’d have an eye on any potential candidates if he does step down, which I’m sure they will.
