Glad we've got ours sorted out, could have been some competition out there.
Sunderland one looks weird coming so quickly. Although Beale completely blanked one of his players when they came off on Saturday, which is never good.

Hope both Mowbray and Hodgson are ok. Health first, football second.

He was never a good fit and it's been a complete circus from Day 1, culminating in recent defeats by "Fkn Huddersfield Town" and Brum.

Mowbray was popping pills on the touch line in the Wednesday game maybe he's got an existing condition that needs some treatment.

If only we had waited. He could have been ours.

If only we had waited. He could have been ours. That's a joke, right? Sunderland were awful at ours considering the players at their disposal.

Replaced a popular manager and never got the fans onside from day one .
Plus showing pretty inconsistent form so not a surprise.
Wish Tony Mowbray and Roy Hodgson well
Maybe the latter will call it a day on football management?

I heard a stat on Saturday that of the 72 EFL clubs 34 had changed their manager so far this season, with 6 (so now 7) doing it twice. By mid February. nailed on that more than half the league clubs will end the season without the manager they started out with. And yet new manages will still get multi-year deals. Mental.

Which ever way still does not bode well re atmosphere.

If you listen to talksport, Simon Jordan isn't exactly Mr Beale's biggest fan so to speak. Beale was doing very well at QPR, then jumped ship and has being given two fantastic clubs in Rangers and Sunderland, based off 15 or so games at QPR and being Stevie G's first assistant. This goes to show , if you jump too early and don't pick your following moves carefully it can really do damage. I am sure he will end up somewhere else of a big club just off his repuation of been " a great coach" or the brains behind the Stevie G Rangers tenure.

Heard about Beale's sacking on BBC radio today and they mentioned his last two games. It would seem that over the last few weeks the Beeb have officially re-christened us as 'Struggling Huddersfield.'

The 'lose to Huddersfield' get out clause strikes again.....New Mackem managers really should read the small print.

Sacked after 12 games. With hindsight we should have the same with Moore. It has cost us quite a few valuable points.

Broken Di Canio's record for the shortest reign as a full time manager at the Mackems

I am sure he will end up somewhere else of a big club just off his repuation of been " a great coach" or the brains behind the Stevie G Rangers tenure. For whatever reason (probably being loved by the rabid Scottish Football Media) he did seem to have the reputation up here as the brains behind Stevie G at Rangers... That said they only won one trophy outta ten however it was important to their fans as it stopped Celtic doing ‘Ten in a Row’ (Celtic twice and Rangers once have won nine titles in a row and what a laughing stock of a football country that makes Scotland for sure) ☹️ But when he came from QPR he trawled Gers pubs near the stadium and sat in the director’s box for a match while Giovanni Van Bronkhurst who had only months before had guided Rangers to within a Penalty Kick of winning The Europa League was struggling for results in the technical area just below... The next week he was in the managers chair himself and it didn’t sit well with a lot of people at the time did that particular scenario - However he himself didn’t last a year either ! But my goodness - He has done bloody very very well outta being sacked after short tenures on decent contracts... If I had ma life all over again I think I’d definitely wanna be a Football Manager especially in The Championship - The sack = 💰💷 💸 💰 💴 💰 - And another lucrative job next week ! 😊 👍 (PS - Get well soon Tony Mowbray)...

It would appear that Michael Beale has been rather duplicitous in his use of social media... the worst manager faux-pas since Paul Jewell.

lol, his sock account was posting Michael Beale apologia/praise when he was at Rangers as well, what a prize turnip.
his rise and fall has been rapid, from the hubris of turning down the Wolves job to being a figure of fun in no time at all. Impressive.
