Still confused by the Warnock edit. Are you treating last season's rescue job as separate to the start of this season?

Definitely.
He and RJ were only contracted to the end of last season.
They walked away, not interested in coming back, but were persuaded to do so by KN and subsequently signed a new contract over the summer and, as far as I am concerned, that constitutes a new manager.
