A strangely inept performance after the last two games. Everyone 'off it' against unspectacular but very organised opposition, all played out in front of a silent crowd. Two absolutely glaring misses in the second half, though. Matos has got to start, I could see the logic in leaving him out on Saturday but we needed to be into them from the off tonight.

Everytime we have a chance to move away from the bottom we fuck it up.Worst performance for a while this.

Sorba was that bad that I am questioning whether he has a move to Cardiff lined up in the summer He was indeed poor, but it was not from lack of effort. Indeed, it was the contrary, in the sense that he felt he had to do more than his share because of lack of movement and intent up front.

Not good enough
Couldn't muster one chance in 6 minutes of additional time
That's Darren Mooresque and very worrying
Burgzorg unsettling the team..so greedy yet nothing to back it up

Blimey, that was shocking.
Sorba seemed to shin every attempted dribble about 8 yards ahead of him.

Gunna struggle in any game when so many look yards off it. Thomas - mare Lees, rudoni, spencer all poor. So scruffy, sloppy and insipid - somebody needs to tell some home truths- we are in a relegation dog fight here.

Bojan looks like he's running in the same quicksand that Wiles is. Imagine being a worse option than Danny Ward?!
Love the effort to finally put money into strikers but it looks like we got it horribly wrong with Bojan and Healey

Edwards should never pull on a Town shirt again. Jury still out on Bojan, but looks to offer nothing.

The self-congratulation over the January transfer window looks a bit misplaced tonight.

I’m happy (ok not happy obvs) to put tonight’s lacklustre performance as just that. Lacklustre. The lack of squad depth previously plus all the injuries and illnesses have meant this is probably a game too far for a team who’s manager wants to play high intensity football. André probably learnt more tonight than the last couple of weeks put together. Get them rested now for WBA but even then Rotherham, Stoke and Millwall are the important 3 coming up.
Scratch tonight off. Move on.

Not sure where to start with that. Abysmal performance. Cardiff offered less than nothing and have beaten us comfortably. 11 strangers on a pitch, a proper Darren Moore performance that. Thought we’d turned a corner, very worrying.

Very low quality game, it's fucking frustrating when you lose and there's no quality in the game from either side. No excuse for Ward missing the chance he had. Shit game. Shit result.

It doesn’t surprise me you are a sceptic: Weird innit, that the top four sides in the PL invest more than our total annual wage bill into statistics and are so very successful. You however, are reliant on recollection and emotion for your career. What on Earth are you talking about? I'm a software tester by trade, so not sure where recollection and emotion comes into that? Perhaps you can enlighten me? It was just a throwaway line, (quite a famous line in fact) as the statistics tonight don't tell the full story. We haven't been unlucky tonight, we've been rubbish. You’ve contradicted yourself in your own response.

I’m also worried that we struggle massively against sides that let us play. And the majority of our remaining games are against sides like that.

Sorba was that bad that I am questioning whether he has a move to Cardiff lined up in the summer Think he tried to make things happen. I'd argue he tried to force it too much though, leading to heavier touches, heavier legs etc. Was off it, players like him can have those games though. I tell you what it is obvious with us though. If we don't have 1 of Nicholls, Helik, Rudoni, Sorba underperfom we are not the same team. Then have have all of them (Take Nicholls out) underform we're night and day different unfortunately.

Terrible game, but I don’t think it’s that bad
We looked like a decent side having an off night
We can’t afford any more of those mind

Team full of softies who won’t put a foot in or take the game by the scruff. Burgzorg - luxury player, not who you want when losing Rudoni- lightweight, one footed and has no football brain Sorba- usually good but tried to force it too much tonight and again has no left foot ward- probably best off the bench nowadays Bojan - paid 500k for someone who is way worse than hudlin
Kasumu was our best player until he went off, Headley should’ve been used more Edwards actually put in a couple decent crosses Matos I like but he lacks technical ability and a football brain

Pound for pound that's the worst performance of the season given the players we have available. Strolled through that game without a single fuck given. I'd fine every one of the fuckers 2 weeks wages. That was appalling.

I was pissed off on Saturday when I realised I'd double booked myself on Sunday by agreeing to go for a meal for Mothers Day at 1pm (I'd forgotten the fixture change when my sister suggested it and the deposit was non refundable). I'm a bit less bothered now.

Cardiff are obviously in a good little run and I think the 45 mins with 10 men at the weekend was showing a bit. First half poor. 2nd half, up to about 80 was better but the last 15 was abysmal.

I assume he kept Koroma on the bench because at 1 0 down it was about keeping the goal difference down. Since D M left we are def getting closer to bottom 3.
