I for one am excited about games again. Yesterday showed us what we can expected from this group. I’m going 2-1 town helik and ward. Terrier spirit and belief has returned.
Nichols Spencer helik balker Pearson
Kasumu rudoni matos
Thomas burgzorg
Ward

What does "destroyed by the diff" mean? I know that it suggests a Town defeat, but what's a "diff"? Do you mean goal difference will take a hammering? 🤷🏻♂️

My main concern is we played an hour or so with 10 men yesterday (so likely expended more energy than we may otherwise have done), we also lose Hogg, possibly Yuta. However the game is absolutely winnable

It was Cardiff's first win in so many games yesterday so that monkeys off their back. Let's be honest, it's not totally unwinnable is it? This is the game you rake a 1 niller. Fair play to any Town fans going down there on Wednesday.

Cardiff unbeaten in 3 but very much up and down... Town need a win to take some pressure off especially as we don't play until Wednesday..at this stage we cannot afford to allow a 4 or 5 points gap to emerge from safety and the 'pack'...and we owe them one after being stuffed at home by them ..

Maybe a cheeky Helik hatrick to beat the Championship goal scoring record for a defender and simultaneously bring us 3 points closer to the top half

They destroyed us at home. Bowler and co had too much pace and trickery.
Huge game to have Spencer and hopefully Headley on either wing, their pace and physicality will be needed. If we can put out a close to first choice back line we’ve got every chance of coming home with something.

Might not be a bad game to rest one of Pearson or Lees with Helik back and we could rest both if Balker is back

Be interesting to see how much Saturday has taken it out of them. We still don't have THAT much depth.
No Hogg so only Wiles to cover, who in my opinion is absolutely gash.
Assuming Yuta is out so you're either dropping Headley straight back in or Pearson/Spencer as full backs. Headley not played for 4 months and Spencer put an absolute beast of a shift whilst unwell on Saturday.

We lost 0-4 to them under Darren Moore.
Given how much more I'm impressed with Breitenreiter than Moore, we must have a great chance.
