After studying the remaining fixtures for both ourselves and our relegation rivals I can confirm the Town are staying up (just). Assigning each fixture with a difficulty and awarding each fixture difficulty with an expected points per game (secret formula) I'm delighted to announce we will stay up (just) on 49 points. Rotherham are gone along with Birmingham. Sheff Weds and Blackburn will go to goal difference. My super computer didn't go that deep to say who would survive.

How come Rotherham are expected to beat us How long have you been a Town fan? Long enough to know we never take the easy route. Obviously we don't want them to because that would be boring. And my stressometer on my fitbit has just gone up. Again

Can't believe not many people aren't talking about Blackburn to go down at the moment.
Barely won any games since November, not won in 7 under Eustace(who the fans now call useless!), lost their best player in the January window and have an awful run in including all the top 4!!
Bang in trouble for me!!!

Bang in trouble for me!!! I agree, also think Plymouth could still be in trouble and Birmingham losing last night was a nice bonus. For me it’s Sheff Weds, Town, Blackburn, Birmingham and Plymouth. I fancy the others to get safe comfortably. Town to win next 3 and pull away would be nice!!

Not accounted for silly season where hugely unexpected of results can occur, in fact it might have started early when QPR won at Leicester.

I think Stoke will be the surprise package to go down.

I'm struggling to look beyond Plymouth and Blackburn joining Rotherham in L1 next season.

With our run in if we don’t beat Birmingham we will go unless get lucky . Watford haven't had a good season thats plain to see, but i dont usually equate them with relegation battles to league 1 and i dont now, poor season yes relegation season No.

With our run in if we don’t beat Birmingham we will go unless get lucky . You will be ok Mark. My supacomputa has you on 51 points come the end of the season. Home games against on the beach Preston and Sunderland will see you safe. Sleep easy.

We still owe them for that, be nice to return the favour this season. And with Prickchard now in their team too. Poetic justice.

I just think that the other teams have a bit more than us sadly. The January strengthening hasn't worked out / contributed apart from Matos. Hope I'm wrong for the owner's sake.

It's the fans who I will feel sorry for when/if we get relegated. Certainly not The owner. It wasn't the fans who got rid of NW after 9 games, appointed Moore and then left him in charge for 23 games.

I looked as far as Millwall Swansea and Bham at home classed as 'easy' then didn't bother tbh.

Hmm, frayed knots. We have a great track record for totally messing up winnable games. Hope you're right though, but feel your optimism is misplaced. UTT
