What the hell was that all about at the final whistle. Throwing his hands in the air & shaking his head at us away supporters. We pay your wage mate. We are entitled to our opinion especially after that absolute shit show.

He's done that a few times at home games too... probably frustrated
However I am frustrated that he can't pass a ball 5 yards..
Very limited football player which is why we are in the bottom three.

Possibly thinking 'we 've salvaged another point with ten men again and we're getting booed', anyone who thought town would piss this game against a team who have had two successive hammerings and are about two or three game away from the drop know absolutely fuckall about the game...absolutely fuckall, so naive...so so naive.

To be honest, I spent most of the match shaking my head at some of the shit spouted by some of our fans.
Also think a lot of fans were booing the officials leaving the pitch just as the players came over.

Decent defender but I'm looking forward to the day that I no longer have to watch him display district league reserve division 4 ability on the ball

Decent defender but I'm looking forward to the day that I no longer have to watch him display district league reserve division 4 ability on the ball From the sound of it he played well enough today. However he shouldn't have had to. We should have won the game comfortably enough without the need for any strenuous defending whatsoever

So it’s Pearson’s fault we are in the bottom three? 😂 I think it's less directly his fault and more the lack of a mobile ball ,playing defender in his place which could mean we'd have played differently and scored more. However in being a pure defender there aren't many better for a 3rd choice centre back at a championship club

Matty P is FAR away from the reason we are struggling. He may have limitations ut he has the right attitude and he's there primarily to defend which he does pretty well.

He is a professional footballer. It is also part of that role to pass to a player and not just simply defend. Especially in the championship. In league one he will probably do ok... I agree he puts his neck on the line a load but his distribution is a part of why we cannot move through the phases on the pitch successfully. He just nobs it up the park.

Pearson reminds me of a player we would have had playing for us in the 80’s or 90’s, limited footballing ability but wears his heart on his sleeve and always gives 100% whilst weighing in with the odd goal. Probably League 1 more his level tbh and he rarely lets us down but he’s essentially an old fashioned stopper of a centre half often being asked to play rb/rwb when surely Spencer is a better option. Pearson certainly isn’t the reason we’re in the mess we’re in.

If we had midfielders and attackers as good at their jobs at Pearson is at his we'd be nowhere near the bottom three. Is it the same fans who expected us to beat Cardiff and Rotherham comfortably who think Pearson is the root of all our problems. Similar levels of delusion. Same ones who think Balker is the second coming and should immediately replace Pearson and Lees even though he's barely played, is inexperienced in this league and has so far been unavailable for selection more games than he's played. Looks like he has real potential but they should have spent the money on midfield and forwards where we still look absolutely woeful. Pearson and Lees can pass it just fine if they have a decent midfield in front of them and some movement.

"Ok defender","decent in the air". Both good qualities for a FOOTBALL player playing in defence "Terrible at football" See above🤣🤣🤣 "Sick of him giving his own fans crap" Written by a fan giving his own players crap 🤣🤣🤣 Nothing funnier than precious fans moaning about players giving them some stick back. Especially when it's something as little as cupping an ear or shaking a head. Snowflakes.

Trouble is, to win a game of football you have to put the ball in the net, we are so inadequate as an attacking force to implement that, mistakes all over the pitch, decision making at best is woeful from most players, it is why we are at the foot of the table. No individual player should be called out. We have 8 games left to sort this mess out, Andre has a massive task on his hands to suddenly get us out of this hit and miss team.

He hasn’t yet walked down the tunnel, turned round and given the V sign to the fans (a la Terry Austin) so whatever other gesture he’s apparently made - probably through exasperation - is ok by me but then I don’t run off and cry about such things like others do.

Too early to comment, yesterday was far from acceptable but he has shown signs in previous games. He definitely has more idea than Moore.

Too early to comment, yesterday was far from acceptable but he has shown signs in previous games. He definitely has more idea than Moore. More idea than Moore perhaps but I would argue less ideas than Worthington who actually had us attacking in games. He had a clear philosophy. We’d lose some games no doubt but we’d have won some. I don’t see how we’re going to score let alone win under Breitenreiter. He seems to be working out his players and his tactics and or setting up defensively and trying to nick a goal. It’s what most managers would do if they didn’t know the players or the league - and we can’t afford that with 8 games to go and by far our easiest chance for 3 points went begging yesterday with what I’d say was the worst performance of the season. Draws are practically worthless to us at this stage.
