We can blame those running the club for making terrible decisions like sacking Warnock after 9 games. I said at the time he was the only one who could keep us up with this squad. Got the best out of poor players which they are

Cov aren't doing anything special. They are doing the basics well.
They don't have to do any more than that because we don't carry any threat. All this talk of high pressure, attacking football is bullshit when you can't get the basics right.
If anyone can see a situation where we turn this around and avoid relegation, I applaud your optimism and I'll have some of what you are having thanks.

A lot has been made of our 'poor' DoF's over the years, but how many players that we were 'in for' (meaning, identified) have done us over/gone on to be good? Can blame management (and there has been poor appointments here too) all we like, but ultimately, we've not invested enough money. 8m striker we wanted, about the cost of our first 11, has scored 2 against us... who would have thought.
I think Nagle will own the failings, and we will be strong next year, but it'll be in League 1.
