Needing to win, Ipswich already Champs...Town score in 100th minute from a dodgy penalty..1-0 stay up...massive party by the 28 Town fans there...
Why wouldn't anyone want to go for that..?

Not sure that would go down well on here, some kicked off when the ticketing priority points system was introduced for fans who travelled away regularly through thick and thin. And we hardly ever sold out Just selfish fuckers who thought they deserved to go to Old Trafford or anfield. When the likes of those at Preston and Bristol this week were the real deal Funny you should say that I went to Preston and Bristol city (and many other far fetching away days this year) and didn’t even get close to getting tickets to Liverpool ( managed old Trafford ) . Really fair system but many will tell you otherwise. If we ever got there again I’m guessing it would be no different.

Could be a double whammy we go there and win but also get relegated and L***s get promoted because of our win. PLEASE PLEASE NO. UTT. Who cares what Leeds do? I'm certain there's some fans out there who are more bothered about Leeds than they are about Town. There were some Town fans happy that Blackburn had beaten Leeds on Saturday. It baffles me. Is Arbie a Leeds WUM? That’s 2 posts I’ve just seen in a matter of minutes which are a rather sarcastic reference to Leeds

Ten free coaches! Let’s hope we’re safe and can go down there to celebrate.

This will be a rollercoater of emotions throughout the game.
I'll regret not going if we get a result there, needing one potentially.
Please, it is a ground I need ticking off!

Digressing slightly. How nice would it be for clubs to reward regular away supporters with free tickets & travel for the final away game of the season? Obviously based on regular attendance at away games, the amount of money sloshing around in the game should make this doable. Will we ever see it? (I’m aware of the free travel Stoke C provide BTW) Not sure that would go down well on here, some kicked off when the ticketing priority points system was introduced for fans who travelled away regularly through thick and thin. You’re having a laugh . They didn’t look after the regular away supporters. If you had 10 consecutive home ST or band white or a box you weee looked after .

Hope they blow it in the play off final and we DO stay up. What's WUM?

Nope not having a laugh at all, those who regularly travelled away got rewarded with points that went towards giving them priority when some tickets were at a prenmium (other criteria was included), so why shouldnt those who go to lots of away games get priority over those who just wanted to go to Man city Liverpool Arsenal and the other premiership big guns, i say that as someone who had more points than some but not as many as others, basically put the miles in and get rewarded.

The points weren’t enough to get you past the ones who already had been given higher priority ie 10 year ST etc. you couldn’t get tickets to some games to gain the few points . Were the hell are those fans at away games now , nowhere to be seen I know because I’m at the away games nearly every time . It’s all bullshit and will be no different if we got there again. I know I could pay for blue and white now but it proper pisses me off that I need to do so when I know I deserve priority over folk who just pay the fee for the privledge. My pride stops me paying for b and w . As for putting the miles in your seriously having a laugh the away games I’ve missed this year have been few and far between ive missed Rotherham sheff wed Plymouth Birmingham Southampton and cardiff. All due to work or not being in this country. I’m still not upto 10 years in a row ST not far off but there are reasons why I’ve had to miss the odd year. You’re talking about someone who’s watched this club regularly away from home for over 30 years so bullshit about putting miles in. Ive been to every other away game and have already paid for my train tickets for Ipswich so I’ve put the miles in for so many years .

Followed town away regularly and the scheme that got introduced wasn't fair. B&W got that many points it was a struggle to get more points than them. It was basically a scheme where buy paying for memberships you effectively bought points.

I know the first year was based on points ( which was heavily rigged towards 10 year st holders and box / staff or if you got your seat moved due to gantry. ( ) . It mattered shit though because the points were huge for the 10 year ST. I think the 2nd year was the blue and white membership which trumped everything.

First year in the Premier League was based on B&W membership (and the Terriers on Tour). Second year was based on points, and they used the games you'd been to the previous year, plus season tickets, to allocate points to start with.

Took over that amount to Cardiff last season but there was a better feeling around the place and going into the match, we could see the'light at the end of the tunnel' Unfortunately we could be down before the Ipdwich game. So I agree it won't be selling out soon. We've got a hell of alot of work to do before Ipswich. Felt quite bullish about our chances until this morning but having another look at the table, other fixtures etc I think it's looking as if it's beyond us.

If we win Saturday, I’m confident Ipswich will sell out when on sale to season tickets holders which I think is Monday/tuesday.

I think a lot of season ticket holders will be waiting to see what happens tomorrow to determine whether to buy a ticket or not.
If they are any still available by the time they go on general sale il be hopefully getting one but if we stand a chance of safety a lot of the once a year away contingent will snap them up. Its ironic because I don't have a season ticket but end up going to most home and away games anyway so it's my own fault really knowing the priority scheme.
Anyways roll on tomorrow UTT

I'm going any way, like Ipswich as a weekend away, down to earth. And if we stop them getting auto promotion i'm sure we will be welcome in Norwich, a train ride away"

I’ve already bought my ticket as it’s a ground to tick off and unlikely to get another chance. I wasn’t sure whether to go but the free coach travel has swayed what could have been an expensive day out. Due to finances and work commitments I’ve picked a select few away games this season. Done all the local ones and then Plymouth and West Brom again to tick them off.
