Sheesh - just watched highlights of Evans.......got to say when he kicks the ball, he certainly smacks it. "Leathers it" might be a good word
Corners and free kicks are going to be interesting now and when we get a penalty....wow !
Reminds me of another good player we signed many moons ago from Rovers.....if he is half as good as Marcus was then we got a bargain for 450k ! - and at 25 he has the potential to become a main man at Town.

Great news. More than happy with the signings, don't give a toss about Brum, about as much of a toss as those other blues losers tonight. UTT

Shaping up very nicely! Well done Town!
An experienced goal scorer at this level and i think we are almost good to go! However i wouldn’t say no to any new signings barring their not Tom Edwards!

Done well with these signings. Do feel like we might need a flair player though, a player to get bums off seats when they get the ball. Got a good starting XI now and good backup/depth. Seems to be a team of good workman like performers who will put a shift in but do we have someone who can beat a man? (Probably thinking back to the days of Roberts/Pilks with fondness!). Koroma probably the most flair player we’ve got which is saying something!

Comes across like a great lad to be fair. The creativity between him, Kane, and Sorba is giving me a right twinge.

Shouldn’t be understated how much good business such as this window contributes to genuine excitement for the season. I haven’t been excited for a HTAFC season since I can remember (bar PL yr 1).. Keep up the f*cking work.
A statement money signing and holding onto the likes of Helik, Balker, Spencer away from the best window I’ve ever seen from Town, we’re in good hands.
Just picturing the packed out away days next season as the title challenge commences.

May be petty and perhaps Brum weren't ever properly interested in Evans but I don't give a fuck and as far as I'm concerned it's 1-1 between us

Another cracking signing, and another in his mid 20s. Striker next will do perfect
Wonder when we'll start seeing players depart.

Anyone think we're getting another signing with the kit reveal?
I am doubtful but the way their hyping it up has me interested. Hope they realise that its not an interesting as a new signing to most.

Sorensen, Kane and Evans had 26 goals and 22 assists between them last season. Great start to the window.

Hopefully he’s more Marcus Stewart than Marcus Browning.

Not Town news, but I saw some people saying we should go in for Sibley from Derby. He's just signed for Oxford

Bojan and Healey will do that quite nicely The fact that we were trying to sign May says Duff thinks he needs more. We haven’t seen anything that suggests these two will stay on the pitch long enough, so another striker is required.

I'm sure I've heard from someone reliable (maybe Steven Chicken?) that were still looking for strikers, possibly on loan. No idea on names though.

Ken Aboh from Norwich name got mentioned 19years old just signed a new contract i believe and Norwich are willing to loan him out.

Agree, a firing Bojan would be amazing but there is little evidence he will have an impact, Healey should do well but will likely only play half the games so we need a 3rd starting quality player with a record of scoring regularly. The realistic and likeky option is a young Premier league club loanee but they will need to be more Smith Rowe (impact) than Martyn Waghorn.

Great news to wake up too.
Midfield looks abundantly stronger.
I guess now we wait to see who leaves.

Leavers (in order of probability) ... 99% Helik will go - inconceivable that he'll drop to League 1 and we'll likely get decent money for him 80% Balker will go - looked classier than Helik in the few games he played and didn't come to England to play in League 1 - be absolutely amazed if he stays 75% Sorba will go - All depends whether the persistent negative vibes around him mean that no Championship club think he's worth the bother, despite his stats - if someone comes in then he's away. 70% Bojan will go - not a League 1 player - too technical and completely unsuited to League 1 and ditto, didn't come to England to play in it. Quiet free back to Europe probably and off the wage bill. 65% Nicholls will go - think he's settled here but when a decent Championship club comes calling and there's more money up for grabs ... That's it for me - don't think anyone else is likely to move on unless we want them to because they're shit, bad eggs or we get an unexpected offer. As good as Helik has been I don't get why people think he will leave. Mentally had 3 shocking seasons. He may want a season where (hopefully) he gets a promotion or at least a season of fun. Bojan and Balker. When they signed relegation was a distinct possibility. Bojan - really hasn’t pulled up any trees so far. Balker - looks quality but can he overcome his injury problems ? Neither would be cheap and I’m intrigued to know who is going to come up with cash.

Cant see anybody wanting either and preparing to pay top money to take them - not a dig at them but we dont need to sell and clubs cant afford the gambles anymore with all the sustainability rulings in place. We need to get them both fit focussed and firing and if they are we will have a decent season imho.

Just watched the Evans highlights. Nearly all His goals are from outside the box.
Let’s have it!!!

How nice is it to be buying players whose former teams supporters are gutted, seems the last few years has been constantly opposition fans laughing at us for signing players
