Are we allowed to want to draw then?
This bunch of nobbers better not piss me off for one last time and actually turn up for the 3rd time in 90 games.
The people on here crying about us not wanting Leeds to go up are worse than the ones wanting us to lose.

We've only lost once in our last 38 home games. So I am really hoping you guys don't spoil the party!

I'm coming down for the match and I haven't seen town win away since 1931 against Brighouse wheel tappers and shunters in the old Johnstones brown paint cup competition , so you'll be just fine.. 5-2 Ipswich.. "Leeds,Leeds are falling apart again"

We’ve had a shocker of a season and it won’t matter one iota if we finish on 45 points or 48 points but an Ipswich win (or draw) will put leeds into the play-offs, scant consolation but it’s something. It’s all academic anyway, we’ll get hammered 4/5-0. Party time at Portman Road, a long journey home for everyone affiliated with HTFC. I don't get it at all, to be honest. Only team that matter to me are Huddersfield Town, what Leeds do or any other team have no bearing on this season at all. I want West Brom to drop out of the play-offs, but whether they do or not doesn't make one iota of difference to this season. Funny how I often get accused of not being a Town fan on here, yet now you've got loads of Town fans hoping we lose. Ridiculous. The result has no meaning to us… We are going down like James brown 🕺🕺 So the only pleasure I can take from the game is knowing we hurt the dirties by not winning.. Anyroad our team of talentless players has zero chance of causing an upset.. 🍻🍻

Think of a better lie than that tractor boy 😂😂😂 My dog ate my ticket? In all seriousness, best of luck for next season - hope you bounce back to the Championship quickly. You too , in the prem hopefully. Big fan of the way you’ve gone about the league this season . Really deserve it

They looked a well drilled organised team who worked hard for each other.. But I’m surprised they are where they are.. 🤷🏻♂️🤷🏻♂️

Don't want Leeds to go up but it would be pretty funny to spoil Ipswich's promotion party when it's almost being treated as a given that they're going up

This season has been thoroughly miserable
We all think we’ve put out of our misery already, but hang on,
We win, Plymouth lose, Brum draw
We all three have 48 points so in the end we go down only on goal difference
One last turd being dumped at our door

Leeds comfortably beat Southampton.
Town holding Ipswich deep into stoppage time.
Then as Leeds are waiting on the pitch for full time at Portman Road, to celebrate promotion, Ipswich score a last gasp winner.
(No offence)

So who's AB going to leave off the bus tomorrow? Surely won't be taking a long trip to Suffolk with the ones he's openly criticised this past week......PC should be a lively one, ask away then journos, we need some answers & not just about the outcome of the game.

If we know a player isn't going to be here next season, then we shouldn't play them. A chance to blood some youngsters against a good side and to learn about fringe players.
When I say 'know', I don't mean those who might be transferred. I mean those who we have no intent of using, out of contract, or who have already informed the club of their wish to leave. So if Helik hasn't done the latter, he starts. If he has, he's left in Huddersfield.
So that might bring Iorpenda, Stone, Daley into the mix for the game. See what they're made of over 90 minutes of senior football. We might get hammered. We probably will get hammered. But it's a dead rubber and we may as well use it to our advantage in the long term. And who knows, they might just bring a bit of energy and drive as they want to prove themselves worthy of a first-team spot for next season.

I don't want to see any sub standard players in the team regardless of whether it's a dead rubber. Seen way too much of that this season already and preceding seasons. We played players in the PL that are barely L2 quality, we played strikers this season who might not even be league quality. Totally unprofessional from the club and hopefully not to be repeated. This is a league fixture representing the club and needs to be taken seriously. (Unless it means stopping Leeds going up and then they can let one in at the end if necessary ). Would be super to watch them choke in the play offs with all those very expensive, unsustainable players and their dickhead fans!

But I think long-term that blooding players in this kind of fixture is more beneficial; better than suddenly needing to chuck a load of untried kids in to a must-win game (or a low-intensity pre-season friendly), and also puts them in the shop window for a loan move. Ipswich will play with intensity, and it'll tell us an awful lot about the readiness of those players for what we want to do. I'd certainly want Iorpenda to start, not least because we don't have a midfield anyway! Ideally I'd want someone with real nous and experience alongside him to talk him through, but we don't have that luxury.

The laughable thing is,if we do play a few kids,Leeds will probably complain that we :Dfielded a weakened side on purpose! Because our first team has done so well...
