Let it NEVER be said I don’t love a poll…)(;;;;;;
Has been pointed out that there is also another club coming into L1 as well as one going out…!!
Guessing most fancy Doncaster but being south of Watford gap I’d like MK Dons back in L1…!!

I went for Crewe purely because it’s relatively close to me in Stockport, and I’ve not been there before.

I was wondering if this was a…
“What are our chances of reaching these in 25-26” type poll… 😉

I go to Crawley now and again and I’ll try to get tickets tomorrow for their game v MKD, so I’d want them up.
Kind of ironic that just 25 minutes further on sits the AMEX stadium. Just shows how far Brighton’s and Town’s fortunes have differed in recent years.
I genuinely never expected to watch Town at Crawley in a league game, but it could happen! Wouldn’t be a bad day out though.

Put Donny but really, anybody but Franchise - hope they lose in the playoffs, get relegated to the Conference next season... and then go bust.

Crewe or Crawley.
I'm not thinking in terms of where I can get to, or soft spots for teams. If I did, Doncaster would be my choice. I'm thinking in terms of relative strength of teams coming up, and what they might do. MK Dons are a strange one, ricocheting around as they do and being unpredictable. Though they do have a distinct style, and would be more likely to succeed. Doncaster have found a formula and are likely to fancy themselves as being able to make waves. Crewe and Crawley don't give me that impression; indeed, Crewe owe a heavy debt to two of our players, neither of whom we would fancy in our first team.

I've gone for Donny got a mate who,s a rovers supporter who's very confident. They won ten in a row to get in play offs. Had a bet on them to be promoted from the play offs at 3-1 if they do go up we owe them a beating went to last two dismal defeats at there place

Me too. How big is the away end? I know you’re only jesting but, FYI, the away end is covered terracing, about 10 rows deep and curves round to the edge of the penalty box (this is on the cameras side so you don’t see this on TV). The away end is identical to the home end. The away seating is in the “temporary” east stand, about 20 rows deep; the east stand has a canvas roof and is opposite the TV cameras. There’s a good bar (Redz) at the corner of the home end, with outdoor BBQ areas, which is also open to away fans. Free parking all of 100 yards from the ground on a business estate behind the home end. As said before, it’s not the worst away day in all fairness.

Anyone but Franchise FC. It was an absolute joke what happened to Wimbledon, it should never have happened.

Voted for Doncaster Rovers. If Barnsley fail in their quest to win the play offs, that'll be 3 Yorkshire derbies x 2 for us. Always had a soft spot for them since they beat the Chesties in that league 1 play off final!

Crawley cos i've never been, although i'd imagine ticket allocation wont be big. The away end holds over 1k and then there’s about 300 seats for away fans at a guess. Would only be a problem if we were top of the table and playing them late in the season!

As it stands I’ve got no new grounds in L1 so need Oxford to stay down & Crawley to come up. I did get a freebie though in my running total with Chesterfield & losing two, so as we speak on 83 out of the current 92 watching Town.

Jeez, is this how low we've fallen? You're totally correct ART. For a few moments I was thinking "I've never been to Crawley" ..... ...but if I think about it for long TBH I'd much happier if I'd never ever ever had to imagine I was going to Crawley.

Jeez, is this how low we've fallen? It could of been worse if Accrington, Harrogate, or Morcombe had got in the play offs.

I went for Crewe purely because it’s relatively close to me in Stockport, and I’ve not been there before. I think we lost 3-0 last time I went to Crewe. Aaron Hardy and Marty Young. Glennon making a couple of errors. Could be wrong - maybe those three people never played in the same team even 😂 Depressing we’re heading back to that era again 🫤
