Tells me I don't have a valid ticketing account even after I type the reference in and click the Link Account button 🤷♂️ They seem to have removed access to the old eTicketing platform, so its not even possible to go on there any longer too? I'm having the same problems as yourself. I suspect it might be because I've created a mytown using my current email address and the old ticketing system was on an old one I don't use anymore. It would seem the old ticketing number is linked to a specific email, and setting up with a different one is causing it to go haywire. I would just email ticket enquiries as it suggests and wait to see what they say.

Anyone else having problems with this myTown account thing. Being told I have numerous client refernce numbers. Only shows one click on it then says error. As I said before the IT people at Town are f****** useless. You type it in the box not click on it. At least thats what I had to do. Not offered a box as that is what I might be missing.

Not sure what I did. But think I did it wrong and now cannot see mine and my son's season tickets.
Emailed the ticket office to see what they say.
Anyone know when the season cards are being sent out - both electronically and the physical one?

I have tried to log in using the link in the email but It comes up with an error message - please confirm that you are not a robot.
I have two issues - firstly there is no field that allows me to confirm that I and not a robot and secondly, I am in fact a robot 😀

Going to wait until I'm back onshore next week and give it a go. At the next upgrade it will say it only work on Windows 11 or above! Hopefully a bit easier as I don't have a season card just a client reference number to use.

You type it in the box not click on it. At least thats what I had to do. Not offered a box as that is what I might be missing. just inserted the client number shown into the box and no problem. I also had message of several client reference numbers but chose the only one available to see. Hope this helps.

The issue here is that the box isn't visible, this may be a pc issue it's caught me out before. If you type your number in the space after the couple of lines of text below where your number is displayed all will be well.

From the email they sent me, I had to create a new My Town account (email address & password), then it listed the client ref numbers they held for me and I just entered the relevant one in the relevant box. They then sent me an email to activate the new account and it then linked it to my old account which shows the history etc.

I think a big problem is that the e-mail explaining what's happened and what to do, was written by someone who's computer literate and assumes we all have the same level of understanding.
These type of messages should always be written by someone who isn't, and can provide a simple "idiots guide" for those of us who also aren't.
For example, I was told I had multiple accounts NOT I might have multiple accounts, so when I could only see one account, I assumed I must be doing something wrong.

Yes you have to set up a new account. No you don’t lose your history. You are getting errors because you are trying to login to a new site with the old details, so it doesn’t recognise you. I think some people are trying to log on to the new MyTown account with the login details for Town Square (or any other previous online Town ticketing service). Thinking the log in details will be the same. When you try and do that, it comes up with ‘error, log in details not recognised’. You have to set up a new account in the MyTown. Name, address, email, phone, everything it asks. Once you’ve done that, if you go to ticketing on the MyTown, you can link your current client reference number, which then brings up all your details and all your network. So nothing is lost, it’s all still there.

So from my experience.
1. Follow the link on the email
2. Even though your email will be linked you still need to set up an account using the email address for previous website.
3. You will then get another email to activate your account.
4. You can then log on and all your tickets etc will be there.
