Finally!
I assume we don't have to have the same contract in league one?
Anyway, it's good to see.
.... But it's not working well on my phone (android) as the graphics aren't resizing and it's poorly designed as a modern webapp
Thought we had a club partner that was web design at one point? (Abzorb maybe?)

Don’t use the website on a phone. The Town app is just that, but properly formatted and streamlined for phones.

Really like how it's linked to OptaStats though.
Im impressed. It's nice to have news articles actually in date order for once.
I should also say that it seems to be ok now and much better, but it wasn't earlier.

Agreed on the Brodie photo. Its a much better site now, same template as the other league 1 clubs.

If you are using your phone, you are probably best downloading the app. I use that rather than checking the website for info.

I simply cannot get anywhere near The HTAFC website on ma iPad and am distraught about this -
I think I’ll phone the club tomorrow to see opifvthey can resolve it for me as I’m technically truly thicko of the highest order...
I really miss looking daily at the club website HTAFC news and shop and now I have a big void in that situation ! ☹️ 😢

Town square app still advertising the friendly against Emley.
It's out of date and thus useless..
Last season the website was also not up to date, many articles from 2,3 seasons ago.
Nobody seems to be employed to keep these updated on the hour every hour
So, useless

I suppose it’s just the way of the world now mastercracker in that these IT gadget providers know companies like HTAFC will update / change websites and the knock on effects are lads like me with old iPads having to shell out £400 on a new one when I can still get most things on this one... It’s gonna need to be £400 on a new iPad or £400 on HTAFC merchandise and while the merchandise will probably win the day I certainly ain’t getting both for sure... I don’t know if ma house broadband can be connected to my mobi as that would help as I use ma data while travelling on the high seas a lot... I’m going to phone HTAFC today to see if the can guide me through a set up with this iPad but as Orinoco said it’s probably too old for their new system... Anyway we shall see what they have to say at HTAFC ! |

If a website's not usable at all on a 10yr-old device, then questions need to be asked. Probably a crap analogy - but you should be able to watch terrestrial on an old tele without 4K and a soundbar. Same principle.
As I said though - there are some real issues beneath the surface of the site paint-job. But if the club insist on using the EFL template...

I just bought a reconditioned Ipod, primarily as an mp3 player, but it won't download bbc sport and news apps. Luckily it's not my main source of info but I share Westie's frustration

Anyone else having problems with this myTown account thing. Being told I have numerous client refernce numbers. Only shows one click on it then says error. As I said before the IT people at Town are f****** useless.

As I said before the IT people at Town are f****** useless. I've just set mine up and only had one client reference, as expected. However, I had to enter it into the box further down the screen and then press the 'Link Account' button just below the box I'd just entered the client reference in. It does seem very clunky to say the least! |

Tells me I don't have a valid ticketing account even after I type the reference in and click the Link Account button 🤷♂️
They seem to have removed access to the old eTicketing platform, so its not even possible to go on there any longer too?

I just clicked on the link on the email and created a new account on the new site, then all previous details are already there. |
