Fit and firing Matos would be amazing in league 1. Physical presence we need.

Under a good, consistent, manager he would be the sort of Hogg replacement who would definitely improve us. Also with better players in front of him giving him more options to get us forward. Him and Kasumu pretty much had to break on their own last year and hope for an out ball when they got near the opposition area.

Hogg, Kasumu, Matos. If we're in a position where we need to shut up shop and park the bus, we've got that option. I think that addition (or a similar one) would complete the DCM requirement.

Biggest problem I'd say we have though is a lack of pace in the middle. Someone to burst forward and scare the opposition through the middle.
