The last time we won the first 3 league games was 1979/80 (Aldershot 2-0, Wigan 2-1, Doncaster 3-0).
Its been 100 years since we won the first 4 league games of a season.
We have never won the first 5.

Good stats those.
Obviously we're not going to win every game, particularly if we perform like we did yesterday.
Duff though must be delighted with his teams results,4 wins on the bounce, confidence must be high... but,and there's always a but, it's how we respond to our first defeat that'll count.
Like many other realists, I think the squad isn't strong enough and certainly unlikely to carry us through 46 games. Strengthen from a strong position is a saying you hear from successful clubs, so let's hope Mr Nagle recognises the opportunity we have before us .
