Sorba Thomas has played all 3 matches so far and won them a penalty as they beat Montpellier to go second. Hes also got back in the Wales squad.

Kieran Philips 10 goals in 21 matches
Scored 7 in 20 for a crap Morecambe team in League 1 in 2022.
Anyone know if he will be immediately available for selection once his loan ends? They've got 10 more games left.

" Didn't need him, we've got Turton to fly up and down the wing when Sorensen can't play... Last season Sorensen played 44 out of 46 league games. Plus a further 7 cup matches The season before he played 41 out of 46 league games. Plus a 10 further games in cup matches. Young players need to play football matches to develop. Plus talented youngster get pissed off if they don't get given the chance to go on Loan and develop, ultimately making it harder to tie them down to longer contracts. |

Well there’s been a change of manager and Bellamy will know the championship well having been assistant manager at Burnley. So I dare say he knows what Sorba can do..but it won’t have done him any harm to be playing in Ligue 1.. providing he keeps performing ofcourse. Sorba like most or all players will do better in a better team that’s competing higher up the league. Look how good he was for us in our play off season in which we were cheated another prem stint. The market was pretty flat this year- impacts of ffp rules and general economy.. There weren’t any suitable offers for Sorba ao this move made sense for the club, providing he fancied it and fair play to him for giving it a go. More English players are doing so now and it can only be good for their development imo. For Town it’ll mean we make a big profit on Sorba if and when the time comes. |

Was surprised when we let him go out on loan. Only pre season games, but he looked good enough to be starting for us |
