4 defeats in 5 isn't helping to develop the 'winning culture' at the club. We need to be much, much better all over the pitch on Tuesday.
Bruce has won back to back games with Blackpool and they'll come here confident they can get something.
Changes definitely needed in this one.

I’d play:
Nicholls
Spencer Lonwijk Pearson Ruffels
Hodge Kane Wiles
Marshall Koroma Ladapo
Not that I think Lees has done much wrong to be dropped. Others have on today’s showing.
The above is also a warning against picking a team when still fuming.

Saw Blackpool the opening day of the season at Crawley. They knocked it about quite well at first but Crawley scored, got a second and deserved the win. Blackpool looked nowt at all and Rhodes was anonymous.
After watching that shite from Town though nothing would surprise me.

Hodge must start.
Really concerning that Marshall didn't win one foot race onto balls into the channels / behind today.
That first half was as bad as I can remember.

Blackpool will be another tough game and we have only played one team in the top ten, Peterborough who are 10th. What worries me is that we played so badly in the first half and no urgency from certain players.

I'm far from one of our reactionary fans, but I really don't want that to be our regular starting midfield three. None of the three did themselves any favours today and ironically I thought Evans was the 'least bad' of the three (but still shite!). Hodge brought some energy and quality. Has to be a regular for me.

Have to add, thought Brodie did well when he came on. A couple of stonking passes.

I'm guessing Duff was going to rest Hogg & Marshall for this one anyway for Kane & Ladapo most likely, after praising Hodge will he drop one of Evans/Wiles to reward the youngster? In our three opening home league games (all 3pm Sat) we have looked lack lustre & energy less, we got away with it in the other two but got found out comfortably yesterday from the fired up Cobblers........With two night matches & two early starts (Rotherham was @12-30pm) in the next four before the break lets hope MD & staff have us prepared more like we were at Bolton/Peterboro.

Could be a tough game this. They score alot but concede alot too. I still don't feel we are threatening enough going forward, can see us losing 2-1.

I don’t think he will change system either. Very much what I would do on the basis of what worked a little yesterday. Ladapo very much the number 9 focal point in attack with Koroma and Marshall either side. I do expect to see changes though. Hogg and Evans dropped. Perhaps Headley and Sorensen. A big part of yesterday was complacency. Shake it up, make players aware they are in a fight for the shirt.

Need to switch to 4-3-3. He can’t keep trying the same thing and expecting different results. Ball behind our wing backs and we can’t handle it. Matt from AHTTC was calling it early August.

He's crap at defending and has gone off the boil going forward as well. He really pissed me off yesterday. Going forward not once did he make an attempt to shit it past the defender before crossing it, he just kept hitting it straight at the defender stood 3 yards in front of him Defensively he stands there watching things happen and doesn't make a reaction until it's too late. I think he'll be a decent signing but nowhere near the level some think

The way I see it is that we have had no Plan B for many years, no ability to effectively play the long ball because we have had no forward tall enough or strong enough to challenge aerially or play with his back to goal. When you see the size of these League 1 central defenders up against Koroma and Marshall etc , it’s obvious they are not able to compete physically against them. The arrival of Ladapo changes this ( at last ) giving us an option to play long and short when required. So, I’d play him on Tuesday but even if he’s on the bench, it’s good to know that at long last, we should see an improvement up front.

We have been struggling with getting the team to play "plan A" so it is not too surprising to find that we can't implement "plan B". If we learn to pass a football we have a better chance of playing with a predictable style, having someone to launch the ball to will help break any press and allow the team a little more space to play how we want to.

I'd go for a new look midfield, Hodge and Kane with one of Evans and Wiles in front of them.

If he starts with the same midfield three, I won't follow it. Just catch up with the conversation on here at full time.....

Might just be me but in a few interviews he’s had a bit of a tone about fans moaning etc. He’s very forthright about things but I think he ends up sounding like a dick when he goes on to use a selection of players who’ve been bad for years. I’d be surprised if all 3 in midfield are dropped, not to mention he can’t play a different formation
