Time is up for this fella. We have a squad built to play 352 and they don’t have any of the qualities required to play it. Get a new sporting director in and let’s try and turn things around in January for a tilt at it next season

he's failed his duty to provide a squad of players to play the system he has identified for the club.
Get Cartwright out, and give Duff a proper DoF to work with.

portsmouth lost 5 league games last season.
We've lost 4 in our last 8 league games
and 2 in the cup already

While I don't really hold too much of what is happening right now against him, it is unfortunately the straw that's broken this particular camel's back, and owing to everything that's happened on his watch up to this point, his position now is untenable.

Needs a new manager as well though Yeah cos sacking managers every four months has really worked for us the last two seasons. Yup followed with us town fans saying we need cheaper season tickets, spend more money on buying players, improve this, improve that. Yet, all the money gets tied up paying off all the sacked managers and their staff. Unfortunately. |
