Since 2022 we have had 6 maybe 7 managers and 3 owners (4 if you look at hoyle as a returning reluctant owner)
2 seasons
Countless pay offs
New coaches
New philosophys
New players
It has not worked quite the opposite
Yes it has been pretty shit being a town fan since our brief premier league stay however changing managers yet again is not the answer.
Changing duff or arguing for it is bonkers and a symptom of the modern football fan.
I read an article on the bbc with the Oxford United manager - suggest trigger happy fans read it
Judge the manager at Christmas and not before - don't fall into the trap that has led us to this point.
Turning a losing culture around in just a few months is impossible not even sir alex in his pomp could manage that task in such a short period of time
We are all town

Town actually have to DO something to change the culture instead of just talking about it. It’s amazing to me that nobody in charge has looked at the 2016 summer and saw how much it brought everyone together. It was brilliant wasn’t it, we felt ambitious and encouraged and the club actually seemed to acknowledge the fans. I suppose it’s a tightrope between making a positive impact and annoying fans. But one of the things they could’ve done was actually buy good players in the summer, something to look forward to and frighten other teams.
