Since I'm a bit of a stats nerd, I thought I'd actually research whether Town's win record over the last 10 years really is as dire as it feels it is. Are we really suffering as much as we imagine ? Looking at the last 10 seasons and not including any games from 2024/25, Town won 134 of the 444 league matches. That's a win percentage of 30.18%. Looking at all other teams currently in the Premier League and EFL, there are only FOUR clubs with a worse win % in league matches than us. They are :
Rotherham 29.621% Morecambe 29.49% Birmingham 29.348% AFC Wimbledon 28.508%
So it seems our frustration is totally justified. What are the odds that Birmingham move above us in these rankings this season ?
