In a league game?
Long stretch this. I only have my own notes from around the time Hoyle took over, and I see the longest spell with no draw was Jan the man in the second PL season 2017/18 - 14 games......maybe that is also a record of games with no draw?
Can Duff make it 15?.......

I stopped looking at 1989-90, so maybe your finding 'proves' that 18 league and 22 league and Cup is the record, though it doesn't appear in any list I've ever seen.

Strangely I could only see 14 as a maximum in the league when I searched.......still, I think 14 is definitely the Town record to aim for at least....!

After the bore draw Moore, it’s a welcome change, of course it will help if the vast majority are wins.

We drew 1-1 at home to Aston Villa on 22 October 1927 and we went 18 matches without a draw, 13 wins and 5 defeats, until we drew 0-0 away at Man U on 7 March 1928. Four FA Cup wins, all at home on the way to the final, are sandwiched in that run, making 22 in all. There shouldn't be any mistake since I've looked in both the 1910 to 1990 and 99 Years and Counting books.

I will write to the Guardian's Knowledge to see if anyone can do better. It's clearly not a record that anybody bothers with, so what does that say about us, ha ha?. Your 2018-19 run without a draw - 14 - was mightily close to being the end of a 25 match run without a draw (including the Cup) after winning the 12th match at Wolves - when I was dreaming of us being in Europe - and it likely would have been if Philip Billing had been allowed to take that penalty at Cardiff. However, there's not much to celebrate when there's only one win during that run. The 22 in 1927-28 was a fair bit better.
