If we don’t have a reaction second half, both of them need to be gone before the end of the weekend, I don’t see the players putting the effort in for this coach and if he chose Cartwright needs to be gone at the same time. Lots of time this season to turn it around but better to sort it sooner, we have a couple of weeks until next league game time to actually get someone new in and create an identity and bring back some passion.

As I've said multiple times I've giving Duff some slack as until the clown Cartwright is gone we aren't going to do anything.
How many of his signings have actually improved the team?

We need to stop sacking managers after short spells. The only person who needs to go - after 3 utter failures in the transfer window, leaving us one-dimensional and bereft of key attributes - is Cartwright.
Duff is our sixth permanent manager in a stupidly short space of time. Only Warnock got a tune out of a set of players who just aren’t mentally there. Every time we’ve hit a bump, it’s the manager who has taken the fall, while players have got off Scot-free. He has the season, almost regardless of shortcomings and results. It’s time for the club to back a manager for an extended period and send a message to the players.

We need to stop employing shit managers. sack duff and get in a new director of football at the time same. Start afresh because this is only going one way so stop postponing the inevitable and burying your head in the sand, telling yourself it will somehow all be ok. It won’t
