Superb signing on paper. Part of the Ipswich double promotion team, and a Championship regular last season. Obviously thinks highly enough of Grant to drop down a division when offers from the Championship would likely be coming his way too.
Where will he sit on the Stewart-Browning spectrum?

Every signing is a risk but you feel him and Ledson are as safe a bet as they come. Not outstanding but should be better than what we have.

Only stands just over 6ft with grant towering over him by 4 inches. Would be nice to get someone to replace pearson at the back who stood for town at 6ft 3, 2 inches taller that mick mccarthy who stood at 6ft 1. Mick howether, was and still is built with a much more imposing figure and was a imposing figure on the back line.

Great to see another signing so early on, seems like an improvement on what we have, makes me wonder who is line for the exit door. I suspect maybe Evans will be moved on, Healey too I think but maybe a loan for him. Ladapo on the block for sure but unlikely any takers.
