Occasional rain. Haven't seen tiny in there for ages but then I've not been in the shoulder as much since the extension/refurb. Not got quite the same character. (Got my old man head on!) We'd been in the Colonial on Sunday afternoon which was very quiet and reserved and we all only managed to swear once each. We went up to the shoulder after and it was rowdy - everyone was absolutely plastered! Went down to Wembley the 1st time (autoglass) with the shoulder - ironically I'd never actually drank in there before then. Was a great trip.

Baz was in my class at castle Hall for a year. In fact it was that teacher that changed him name from Stephen to Baz for the rest of his life. We were both banned from seeing the Forth Bridge on a school trip to Edinburgh cos we ran amok in the hotel after Town had won away at promotion rival Charlton late in 80/81. Mr Ward ,fat as he was tall ( if anyone remembers him) took offense cos his team Boro had got beaten the same day.

Haven't been in the cricket club. Apart from when I turned up for practice 20 years ago. My slow right arm spin wasn't up to the job though! Another dream smashed.
